Relax and enjoy the views at Yucca View Retreat w/hot tub

Pleasant stay. The neighborhood was a bit busier than I expected, but otherwise listing was as advertised. We made a few meals and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Lovely home, well appointed. Host was very responsive to any questions. Hot tub was great, as is the pet policy.

Very beautiful stay in Yucca Valley! Lots of Joshua trees around the property. Malcolm was great with answering all of my questions and was very flexible in allowing us a late check out. The central AC kept us cool from the heat. The beds were super comfortable. There was a fenced area for my dogs which was great since there is wildlife. The views were amazing. Great place to view the sunrise or set. There are unique pioneertown looking sheds you can check out as well. Will definitely be back in the fall/winter!

Over all very nice. Only wood burning stove for a few wet and chilly nights.

A short 2 night stay to do a trail half marathon. It was a beautiful home. Great to sit outside and look at the stars.

This Yucca View retreat was perfect for us. I stayed with my husband and our pup, and we couldn’t have felt more comfortable or relaxed. We unplugged by lounging on the patio chaises, watching stunning sunsets at dusk. Though we brought our telescope, we didn’t even need it—the stars were so clear we could see Venus, Mars, and hundreds of glowing stars from the back porch.A highlight was the hot tub at night, where we felt our stress melt away under the breathtaking starry sky.This retreat was also great for working remotely. The fast internet allowed me to set up a workspace in one of the spare bedrooms with ease.The hosts thought of everything! The kitchen was well-stocked with basics and beyond, making it feel like a loved, clean, and spacious home—not a generic rental. During my long-term stay, I could do laundry and even walk to a nearby coffee house. Despite the peaceful location, most conveniences were just a 7-10 minute drive away.Mornings began with yoga, followed by long sunset walks. We explored the west end of Joshua Tree, hiked, and visited Pappy and Harriet’s (10 minutes away) and charming vintage shops. Evenings were cozy with a TV for entertainment and roasting marshmallows over the wood stove.Every detail—from the comfy sofa to the luxurious bed—made the stay perfect. It was a much-needed escape from LA, and even made us consider moving to Yucca V! However, I realized what I truly loved was the experience of staying at this peaceful retreat house!

Nature was all around. The day hikes and the nights were perfect for star gazing. I had all the comforts I needed but the best was the hot tub to end my busy day of activities. I will be returning to do more exploring and refreshing my busy life

You know how reviewers always say they will definitely book again? How many actually do? Well, we did, and it was just as good as the first time we stayed here. An ideal property for a visit to this gorgeous region.

My husband,19 year old daughter, her friend and I wanted to explore the salton sea during their spring break. We wanted a remote, relaxing, unique place to serve as “base camp” and this place absolutely fit the bill. It’s a wonderful property with a lot of charm and all the creature comforts but still private and makes you fill like you are in the middle of nowhere (but still with great wifi). All communication was exceptional and the flexibility of a slightly late check out was perfect because we didn’t want to leave. We will hopefully be back.

This property was exactly what I was hoping for. We only had two days ro visit, but wish we had another day to enjoy the property and rest while enjoying the beautiful landscaping and hot tub.
