Relax and enjoy the beautiful country sunrise!! Spacious and Newly Remodeled!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate Christmas together as a family. The home was absolutely immaculate, with every detail clearly and thoughtfully considered. The beautiful Christmas decorations made the space feel warm, welcoming, and truly special for the holidays.Our toddlers were especially happy here, they loved all the toys and games, and one of their favorite moments was using their new “noculars” to look at the horse next door, which brought so much joy and excitement to their days. It was exactly what we needed: a comfortable, peaceful space close to family where we could relax and make special memories together.The only small thing worth noting is that the fridge ice maker wasn’t working, so we needed to buy bagged ice. Knowing that ahead of time (or having a few ice cube trays in the freezer) would have been helpful. That said, it was a very minor detail in an otherwise fantastic stay. We would happily return and highly recommend this home to others.

Suburb!! Everything I could ask for. Nichole is a genteel host. I invited her to have coffee with me. We had a nice visit. My Great grandson had fun with the assortment of toys!!

We had an amazing stay and Nicole was wonderful. We're able to check in a little early which was super helpful. The house was beautiful with plenty of room for everyone. Exactly as pictured. Well stocked with everything needed. Can't recommend it enough! Thank you Nicole for being the perfect host.

It felt like a home away from home!! It had all the amenities you needed. It was so nice having our coffee and tea out back watching the sunrise and hearing the horses whinny!! Such a peaceful area!!

This house is located in a peaceful location surrounded by farms, yet with quick convenient access to Rt 30.Our family of 4 adults and three kids (ages 1-6) used this as a home base for a family wedding. It was conveniently located between the church and rehearsal location (The First Post) in East York and the reception venue (John Wright) in Wrightsville. Thanks to Nicole for a clean property, stocked with coffee, toys for the kids, and plenty of room for indoor and outdoor activities.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was peaceful and the owners are very nice and incredibly responsive. We did have a smoke detector go off very loudly in the middle of the night, on our last night, which was something we’ve never experienced ever, not in our homes nor any other property. The owner promised to repair it immediately. The home was spacious and tidy. It was also well stocked - towels, washcloths, toiletries, wine, kitchen supplies, coffee, and even down to charging options for electronics. We would recommend a few upgrades. One other suggestion would be to remove the number of signs placed everywhere in every room. While well-intentioned, it felt excessive. In addition, the number of things expected of the guests at checkout also seemed excessive, at least in comparison to other properties. This is a vacation, after all, and there is a cleaning fee for property owners to handle this in other ways.

Lovely home! Immaculate, clean and very family friendly. Just minutes away from our nephew’s wedding venue. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Our family of 4 stayed for the week and loved it! Just gorgeous views from every window, very spacious, clean and well decorated property. Comfortable queen and king beds. We visited the orchard down the street for tulip picking and photos with the family. We missed the washer and dryer but were prepared so made it work. Nicole was very responsive and helpful. Kids are asking if we can stay here again next time we visit PA :)

House is absolutely lovely and extremely comfortable! Nicole is fantastic to work with and so accommodating. Was within 2 miles of our wedding venue and close to many other activities we were engaged in.

This place is incredible. Plenty of space for large groups like our family. We each had our own bedrooms and the kitchen was large enough for us to enjoy meals and play games at the table. Nicole was great! She communicates very well. We sat out back and enjoyed the fresh air (with mostly rain) but it was a covered porch so we did not get wet. Not sure we will come back to this area of PA but if we did I know my family would love to return again to this beautiful home!

Beautiful home nestled in a country setting. Location is great as we traveled to numerous places and attractions with ease from this property. Would stay there again.

The home and property were extremely well maintained and very welcoming. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, but only wish we could've stayed longer. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials, making it feel like home.

We came to York for a friend’s wedding our daughter was in near there. Nicole, our host, was extraordinarily responsive from beginning to end. She went above and beyond when last minute plans changed to include out two grandsons, ages 5 and 2, decorating the kids room in blue. There were plenty of toys as well. They were so exited! The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated, just as shown on Vrbo, meeting all our family’s needs. Many little extras were provided. Beautiful view of sunrise from the back porch and the kitchen. Very peaceful, homelike environment. Thank you, Nicole, for making our stay so memorable!
