Reflections Main House + 3 Cottages w/Baths + Hot Tub, Pool & Dog Friendly

Property was a great fit for our large family. I wish there had been more towels in the bathrooms. We were washing towels every day. We could have used more trash bags and cleaning supplies were almost empty. It would have been great to have a fridge with filter water in the door. The pool pump and filter were extremely loud at 4am. Property was clean and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. It would have been nice to have small spoons since we had children with us. Overall it was a good experience.

Great, peaceful location for a small gathering. Downtown Guerneville is easily accessible for groceries and restaurants. The separate cabins make for a range of options for introverts and extroverts.

The property is amazing, so much space for everyone. We loved it.

The place was great once we figured out the heating. Dishwasher did not clean, the spot for the soap is broken.

The layout of this property is perfect . It is well stocked with everything. It’s funny but one of the things that stood out is how sharp the kitchen knives were . I have family members who insist on bringing their own knives because we always get bad ones where we stay . Also , the cleanliness and the relaxing surroundings. This is the perfect house for a large family specially if you need some quiet time . Each cottage is very cozy and each one has its own bathroom. Perfect place .

Loved this place! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were so comfortable, the showers were hot - even if another person was using a different one and it was SO NICE to have our own little private space in our cottage and then join the group in the shared kitchen. All accommodations worked out really well. We had a fantastic time and will hold on to this place for future gatherings.

Lovely, unique home in a beautiful setting. Not the typical slick, cookie-cutter vacation rental. Ample room for my whole family. Would like to return next summer.

We had a lovely stay overall! The main house was well-furnished and spacious and the cottages were charming. The kitchen was well-stocked, and everything was clean and comfortable. We had a few small issues with the stove and dishwasher, and an overactive flame on the gas grill, but nothing serious enough to negatively affect our stay. We would definitely love to visit again!

Met so many of my expectations and more! Beautiful grounds pool and hot tub, the kitchen floor had a slight minor give and the doors beep loud when opened but otherwise than those minor things it was an epic stay!

It was perfect for our family that we were there for my son‘s wedding. The house was beautiful and fun and family friendly. I couldn’t ask for anything better. I’ll definitely book it again sometime.

My group of friends and I have stayed at Reflections several times before and keep returning to it because it's a great place!! The main house plus cottages works well for our group. The place has everything - hot tub, pool, good kitchen. The location is wonderful in a nice quiet neighborhood and only a mile from downtown Guerneville.

Beautiful property with a lovely shady yard, big outdoor table, and lovely pool and hot tub. Pool is quite chilly even on a hot day, so get ready for a refreshing dip! Hot Tub was perfect on even a cool summer night.Beds were comfy and place was very clean, having separate cabins so everyone could get a little more quiet and comfort (away from the crying baby!) was totally key.We had such a great stay so I did not remove any stars, but two small notes include;- Doorbell alerts on every cabin door are shirekingly loud. I'm not sure what the point of these are. We had to temporarily disable them so as to not wake everyone up all afternoon.- Neighbors were up with Chainsaws at 7:30am on Saturday cutting down trees for 5 hours. Made for a real rough and restless start to the weekend. I can't imagine this is regularly occurring and certainly out of the hosts control. But just to be aware it's possible!Like I said, minor issues - We can't wait to return to this beautiful spot for fun in the sun!

We had a great time at Reflections! The property was great for our party which had 4 families staying there with young children. It was nice that everyone had their own space, with the common areas to gather. The kids loved the pool, but the house is also a stones throw from Johnson’s beach. We enjoyed the river for a day, but really didn’t want to leave the adorable property!

The space was cool and rather well designed for privacy and community. We appreciated the clean rooms and outdoor space. Thanks for this vacation time and hope to stay again some time!

This was our first visit to Reflections and it more than met our expectations in every way possible! The self check-in system was easy to use and share with all our guests who stayed with us. Having the same code for the house and three cabins was convenient. Our visit was during a warm summer week and so the beautiful spacious, shady back yard with its refreshing swimming pool and hot tub is where we enjoyed most of our family time among the huge hydrangea flowers. The kitchen was amply stocked and the gas barbeque worked flawlessly. Tuckered out from our fun together we all had comfortable places to retreat to for a good night’s sleep in the three cabins and two bedrooms in the house.

Family and friends like to escape the heat and crazy fireworks around the 4th, so we choose a location near the coast or in the mountains. This location was perfectly tucked in between both, with redwood forests on one side, and the coast on the other. Each family was able to stay in their own bungalow with room and bathroom, and we would all gather in the kitchen during meal time. The pool was great to lay out in as was the hot tub. Overall it's a nice quiet location that's perfect for bigger groups.

The property was a wonderful oasis to recharge and catch up with friends. Loved all the separate cottages and the common shared spaces. We had a terrific stay.

This was our Family’s second time staying at Reflections. Having the cottages is a huge plus when staying with family, everyone had their own place to retreat to. The kitchen is well stocked, and the access to a washer and dryer is a plus with small children. The location is perfect for day trips, a walk in the Redwoods and a visit to the river.

This house was absolutely magical! It was the perfect space for our group—thoughtfully laid out, super clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking and sharing meals so easy and enjoyable. We loved having a central area to gather and spend time together, but also really appreciated that everyone had their own space to sleep and recharge. It struck the perfect balance of cozy and spacious. I can’t recommend this place enough—we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Out group of seven found Reflections to be the ideal property for us. We relaxed and had a thoroughly good time. The privacy afforded by the three cabin suites was perfect. The back yard dinning and pool area were so comfortable that we ended up staying in much more than we planned. The design of the property is a little quirky and there were a few minor maintenance issues that we reported but, in my experience, the same is true of most properties in the Russian River area. All in all, should we be back in the area we would definitely stay at Reflections again.

This place was a little out of town. The pool was not warm enough to swim in while we were there, but there's a big hot tub. We had some issues with the hot water in one of the units and management didn't believe us when we told them it didn't work. They kept telling us to run it for another 10 minutes, but finally agreed to send a tech. There were also issues trying to keep one of the units cool. There's no AC, so the rooms can get warm. The other sort of annoying thing was that every time someone walked in or out a door there was aloud chime that you can't turn off. It's a good idea if you have kids, but otherwise is just super loud. The home is a nice space with different cottages, but it was pricey for what we got.

The main house (2 bedroom/2 bath) and the 3 bungalows (each with a bed/bath) were perfect for the 5 couples in our group. We all loved our stay will go back!

This property was perfect for our family holiday. Everyone had their own space for naptimes ect and we were all able to hang out in the beautiful outdoor space. A overall wonderful experience and a beautiful property

We had a 10 person retreat and the place was great combination of facilities and privacy. There is a cozy living room, large dining table, and two outside areas for meeting space. And the hot tub is a fantastic way for offline bonding. Rooms are fastidiously clean. There were a few problems with the property (unavoidable pool maintenance) and the management was highly communicative and accommodating. I can't recommend this place enough!

I histed my sisters Bachelorette party for a weekend getaway to Bodega Bay. This house was very conveniently located close to everything ocean, shops, food, character and more. This house was stunning. It was right next to a beautiful river and surrounded by redwoods. We are 100% staying here again for the summer months! I think the only minor inconvenience was that there were ant issues in all the cabins as well as the kitchen. But they didnt scare us away, and we just had to keep all food and drinks away. The house was so spacious, including the cabins. We had so much fun playing games and having late night talks on their very comfortable furniture. The backyard is stunning, i cannot wait to use the pool when it gets warmer. I highly recommend staying here!!

We met up with our out of town family for the holidays at Reflections and it was perfect for us. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was nice, and we really liked having the separate spaces which gave everyone plenty of room. We’d love to visit again when it is warm enough to use the pool.

We overall liked our stay here. The 3 cabins provide lots of privacy and personal space, plus having 5 bathrooms total is amazing! The only downside is that it was raining for almost our entire stay, so going back and forth from the main house to a cabin wasn't as pleasant as it would be in the summer or during good weather.Everything was in working condition, although dining table was a bit sticky and there are things that could be updated. The people staying in the cabin next to the main house said that pool filter or some other automated system was quite noisy at night.Beds were very comfortable (although very high off the ground) and kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of room for cars and enough of a driveway if kids want to play outside. Very close to town and Armstrong State Park, which was beautiful for easy, flat hiking. Hot tub was great.

This was the perfect property for a weekend getaway with a group of six friends. The three little cabins provided convenient privacy, while the house was enough space for us all to come together and eat, hold classes, and write in a cozy setting. The only issue we ran into was the rogue gas fireplace in the living room, which seemed to have a mind of its own when it came time to turn it off. When it became too hot, we compensated with opening the windows and using the provided fan with no problems. Then, the fireplace would randomly turn off on its own, hours later! In the end, we all loved it and are looking forward to booking Reflections again for our next retreat.

This place couldn't have been more perfect for us. We are local, and we had family and friends coming to town to celebrate my wife's birthday. Reflections was comfortable, close by, and had every amenity we could have asked for. We took advantage of pretty pretty much all of them! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!!

Reflections surpassed, by far, our hopes for accommodations that would be give our party of eight privacy, comfort, space and a convivial environment for relaxing in the hot tub, swimming in the refreshing pool and gathering around the table under the shade giving pergola. The garden was secure for the dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Great beds with lux linens. Conveniently located, in gorgeous surroundings. All of us knew we had landed in a gem. There was even a sweet acknowledgment of my birthday celebration. Thank you thank you thank you for creating this very special place. We didn’t want to leave and we are eager to return. 5 stars…no way, it’s at least a 10!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Seven of us stay at Reflections for a week of Sonoma County winery tastings. While we were a little west of the majority of our vineyard stops, this was such a relaxing and quiet place to stay. We started each day off with a beautiful walk in the neighborhood of our property - flanked by redwoods and a small section of grape vines. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped for meals in house with plenty of pots/pans and dishware. We enjoyed the layout with 2 bedrooms/bathrooms in the main house and the 3 casitas with their own bathrooms dotted around the pool. Would highly recommend the property to other large groups that need individual space + ample gathering room. The host was immediately responsive to any questions and also notified us quickly about a lost key fob that was found by housekeeping upon our departure. Wonderful experience!

Eight friends from long-ago high school days enjoyed the relaxed environment Reflections offered. Separate cottages, a welcoming main house both decorated nicely plus a lovely barbecue area with large table were among the features we appreciated. Another stay at Reflections would be welcomed.

My friends and I planned this weekend so we could catch up and enjoy the Russian River. This location is perfect — everyone has their private spaces and bathrooms, all connected by the most beautiful backyard I’ve ever seen. We’ll absolutely be back! Thank you so much, Reflections!

Reflections is a great location and family rental We had plenty of space, everything was operating and clean, beds and linens were comfortable and cozy. Kitchen is full of cooking utensils and larger cookware Guerneville locals were very friendly and we enjoyed exploring the town. We had fun beach days and a nice walk in the redwoods,

Once a year our family gets together for a family vacation, parents, daughters/husbands and grandchildren. This property was perfect for everyone. The grandchildren loved the pool and the cabin arrangement. Beautiful weather, lovely location and fun for all ages.
