While we can't guarantee a completely quiet stay, these efforts help make the area even better for residents and visitors alike. Keep in mind that island life comes with seasonal pests like mosquitoes. To help keep them at bay, our properties receive professional pest control treatments every month. Please be aware that because Port Aransas is a unique coastal community, cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable. Thank you for acknowledging that we have no control over these services. Service interruptions will not qualify for any discounts or reimbursements.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

    The condo was as depicted but the internet and cell phone reception was extremely poor—at times non existent. Also there was some sort of electrical malfunction with the smoke detectors which beeped annoyingly for much of our stay. Management did respond to our texts but fixed neither problem which made our stay less than wonderful.

    The house was very clean and the location was great! A few things that would have been nice to know: Wash clothes were NOT provided. I wish I would have known that because I did not pack a loofa or anything for showering because the listing states towels are provided. I have never stayed at a place that didn’t provide body towels, hand towels, and wash cloths but this facility was hand towels and body towels only. I did not have access to the washer and dryer that was also listed as an amenity which would have been nice to know. I like to do laundry before I leave so when I get back home from vacation I don’t have to worry about catching up laundry after a 7 hour drive back and having to go to work the next day. They only provide enough towels for each guest to have 1 towel for the duration of the stay. I don’t mind using the same towel twice but with all the sand and sunscreen the towels get dirty extra fast. Only having 1 towel just sucked lol! None of these are deal breakers but would have been a perk to have. Overall the stay was great and I would come back!

    Overall my family and I were pleased with the accommodations but I was disappointed that we were not able to use the washer and dryer. That is one of the amenities I look for when choosing a rental so I will not be choosing the townhouse again. When I called the management company, I was informed that only extended-stay occupants were allowed to use it

    The unit it’s self was nice, clean, had the basic essentials with plenty of space for a family with kids. The complex it self is not ideal for family/friends with multiple vehicles, which I believe might have been the case for other units that visited the same weekend. When we got there the 1st night in 1 vehicle we had a difficult time finding parking. Maybe because it was late. Though we were advised we had 2 parking spaces. We were able to find 2 spots the next day early when we did have company over which was good. Other then that my family and I really enjoyed our stay.

    Wish we could have been able to have had access to the washer and dryer like the website said. Didn’t have enough clean towels for the 3 days we were there. We had to use the same towels everyday.

    Loved the location, Close to everything. The property was clean and cozy. The tenant/property management forgot to leave the parking permit but less than an hour from me calling they had dropped of the parking permit for us. We will definitely stay again.

    The place was clean, beautiful, perfect for a weekend visit to Sandfest. Kids loved swimming in the pool. Had everything we needed to cook breakfast and grill outside. The only problem we had was with the a/c not kicking in until day two and it was loud when it finally worked correctly. Still a great trip.
