Stayed Apr 30, 2026This house is quiet yet perfectly located to Pearl St & CU campus, full equipped with everything you will need while away and filled with charm. The outdoor space with views is amazing. Susan is an incredible hostess and very prompt with communication and went out of her way to accommodate us during our stay. A perfect house!

Stayed Sep 25, 2025Beautiful apartment located in a great neighborhood. We were able to walk to all things on Pearl St. My husband and daughter ran the Boulderthon Half marathon and our location couldn’t have been better. Easy jog to the race start and didn’t have to wake up too early on race day as the start was a quick 5 minute jog! Kitchen was well stocked.

Stayed Jun 12, 2025Well decorated upstairs apartment with great outdoor light, comfortable beds, and a well-stocked kitchen. The location is amazing! It is 3 blocks to the best coffee and pastry store in Boulder (Boxcar), 6 blocks to a very nice outdoor pool with lap lanes and a swimming area, and a short climb up 19th St to amazing mountain views! We really like this rental and will be back.
