Reduced Summer Rates Offered for Spacious Home Just Steps to Sail Bay & Ocean!

The property owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with, the house is in a great location within easy walking distance to the beach, bay, restaurants, bars, etc. Overall it was a great house that was clean. The only negative was the living room chairs had little padding and one of the beds had a mattress that was very hard. While the house accommodates 11 people, fitting 11 adults was tricky as some of the beds are in lofts that were not easily accessible for older adults. Probably fine for kids or people in their 20-30s though.

This place is a great place for a family or multiple familes to stay. It is just a short block from the bay side and a couple blocks from the ocean side. It comes with plenty of beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, bikes, ice chest and a cart to transport everything. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need.The house is set up with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the bottom level. 1 has a double or queen bed, the other has 2 twins, and 2 loft beds. 1 loft is accessed from a small door in the hallway, the other from pull down attic stairs. The second level has 2 primary bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The third level is the living space with a living room, dining room, kitchen, balcony off the dining room and a half bath. There is an attic ladder to access the roof deck that has great views of the bay and ocean.The garage is small but we were able to fit one small SUV there and another one in front. I'm not sure if a larger van or SUV would fit in either.We had 4 kids split between the 2 rooms down stairs and 4 adults in the primary rooms and it was a great Spring Break trip. I would stay again.

Close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. The property had all the amenities needed and plenty of beach activity gear available.

Great stay! A short walk to the beach in a nice neighborhood. House had all the amenities that were listed and ample space for our family vacation. Great communication before from our host and very clear check in instructions with easy check in. Would definitely stay again!

We loved staying at this home on Toulon Court! The house had everything to make our family gathering comfortable! The kitchen had every dish and pan needed, the rooms are beautiful and bathrooms on every floor make the vertical home accessible. The proximity to both the bay and the Pacific Ocean made outdoor time the main activity. We explored north and south on both the ocean and bay. So many fun restaurants nearby it was hard to choose. The surfing nearby made for great entertainment! We celebrated Christmas with our family on the top floor with the kitchen, table for 12 and family room all meant to keep us together and the conversation, card games and great meals so fun! Thank you!!

House was great, location was awesome. Host provided tons of beach chairs and games, which was really appreciated.Would have liked a bit clearer indication of the strange access to the sleeping alcoves, but overall great stay.

This was the best equipped/furnished rental I have stayed in and believe me, I’ve stayed in a lot of of them. There was attention to detail and comfort in every single room. The kitchen was outstanding! There wasn’t anything I couldn’t have prepared in the spacious, well stocked kitchen. We definitely hope to reserve this beach house again for next fall. It was outstanding!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. Outstanding location-plenty of space-parking-beach supplies. This home is perfect for teens/young adults/family.

Our family came out to Mission Bay for a family reunion. We loved our stay at this VRBO because it was so kid friendly. There was a small table and 4 chairs that the kids loved to call their own. In the garage were boogy boards, frisbees, balls, sand toys for kids and lounge chairs and bikes for the adults. It was a no-brainer - the kids loved it all.

Perfectly located between the Pacific Ocean and the bay. Fun place for the kids with the “hidden” bed cubbies! We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you need for cooking

We just didn’t a week in San Diego with all of our kids. Our youngest graduated from high school and we celebrated with a total of 12 with the youngest being 19. I was concerned about having enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably and we really had no probs. The loft sleeping areas are tight and I heard one complaint that there wasn’t any air flow up there but otherwise everyone had an amazing time. Location is great. The kitchen was amazing and had everything I needed to prepare meals everyday and the different decks were great. I enjoyed the roof deck a great deal! It was a huge hit for our family!

Downside - floors were filthy, our feet were caked in dirt walking inside for a few minutes. There was also a musty smell in the house when we first got there. Property does not have shampoo, conditioner, or body wash (this wasn’t noted in listing) so we had to run out to get some.Upside - Property was in a great location, good view of the bay/ocean. Parking in garage fit SUV. Lots of restaurants in walking distance.

We just returned home from our 7th spring break trip in this area. This is a great spot with a lot of room. The house is very well stocked inside and for outside beach activities. Teresa was great! My only constructive feedback is the master bedroom’s beds were not very comfortable. A king size bed would also be nice. I would stay again next year if this was considered. Thank you!

House was great! Clean, comfortable and roomy. Loved the charm of the house. Neighborhood was great. Walked to multiple restaurants and beach/boardwalk access was fantastic. Easy comms with owner/property manager and no surprises. Excellent natural light with the windows and skylights.

We stayed here for our first big family vacation; awesome location, great area vibes, very walkable, private, and beach access! The house was really clean and welcoming. Hosts were great as well!

11 of us, including pre teens and 2 young children stayed and had a wonderful time. House itself was clean, spacious, and stocked with all the amenities you would need. Bedrooms and mattresses were comfortable, temperature was easily adjustable and everything worked as expected. Location of this house was perfectly situation around all the attractions we wanted to see. Had great views of the bay and the bright windows allowed beautiful vistas and sunshine. Highly recommend this property.

The house is very unique. It has sleeping coves that my grandchildren loved. There are a lot of stairs. The bay and ocean are steps away. The house had everything we needed.The airport is close and the San Diego Zoo.Parking is limited. A small/ medium car can fit in the garage.
