This 3/2.5 townhom is located in The Commons which is GOLF cart accessible at the corner of Seashell and 11th St.This is a great spot for your vacation needs. The ground floor has your living room, kitchen, dining area and 1/2 bath. The 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The kids room has built in double over double bunk bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. All bedrooms have Smart TV's. There is a hall bathroom and washer dryer on the 2nd level.

The community pool is just outside your door. There are hammocks for relaxing, BBQ grills and picnic tables with shaded cabana all centrally located between the units. You have an outdoor shower on your shaded furnished porch surrounded with tropical plants. The home has 10 thick cement walls which keep it quiet and private inside. It's an easy walk to the beach down Anchor Drive or Sandcastle Drive. And not far from all the fun, great restaurants and nightlife Port Aransas has to offer. This townhome is located in the golf cart approved driving area.

When booking please let us know if you are bringing dogs so that we may adjust your balance. Dogs are $100 each per stay max 2 dogs. (no size limit)

This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.
Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.

Must be 25 to reserve/stay. NO 3rd party rentals. Primary guests must be present for full stay. Only named guests permitted on property. No Parties.
As a reminder if your reservation falls between the dates of March 6-23rd if any guests are under the age of 25.
The reservation will be subject to extra scrutiny, and we reserve the right to cancel due to the age group of guests.

We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.
