Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is absolutely beautiful and the layout is a nice floor plan. The decor is nice! It’s a 5 star home, however it felt as though the owner/management team skimped on the final details. Every rug is rolled or curled up. Not much of a big deal, until you’re tripping through the house at night. The toilet paper is one ply, the fire pit is nice, but there aren’t any matches, a lighter or firewood to be found or even for purchase. For a home of this caliber - one so big and grand, it just seemed that the final caring touches were missing.

My only complaint is we had small children and the TV was on a very low media stand and not braced to the wall in any fashion. Our babies almost pulled the TV down on themselves several times. It was scary! Also, the downstairs front bathrooms do not get hot water. It’s lukewarm at best and not comfortable for showering. We even left the water on for 15 minutes and no temperature change.

The upstairs was so big! The location to the beach and pools were awesome - we didn’t necessarily need to use the golf cart - although I would rent one next time too! My only issue was the need for box fans (provided) in the rooms downstairs that did not have ceiling fans. I also thought the cleaning from the prior occupants left fingerprints around the door handles and the living room couch had stains. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation! Thank you!

Our only complaint would be that the downstairs bedrooms should have ceiling fans installed instead of pretty light fixtures. Very warm at night in the rooms. We found box fans that helped but one fan per room wasn’t enough. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves .

The kitchen had everything we needed including a mixer to make an Easter cake! We loved that it had both types of coffee makers and it was loaded with blenders other big appliances. The hot tub and fire pit were a great addition and we enjoyed them. Two washer dryers made everything easy for our family beach trip. The only thing missing was an ice machine but it wasn’t hard bringing ice in. There were enough box fans for every bedroom if it got a bit warm downstairs at night. Cinnamon shore sent someone out right away to get the hot water working when we called them. We hope to be back. I’d give it an A .
