Redbird Beach: 7BR Beachfront Home- Priv. Pool, Pet Friendly, Sleeps 23!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! We especially appreciated the upgrades since our last visit, like the second refrigerator. This place is perfect for a family our size, and the beach access is unparalleled. We hope to stay here again!

Sleeping arrangements were great. Big disappointment was the small size of refrigerator (about the size for a two bedroom apartment with no ice maker. Big negative. Most of the outside ceiling fans did not work and a light fixture was missing and wiring exposed. A mildew/mold stain around an inside light fixture. Definite lack of adequate maintenance and upkeep. Master Bedroom bathroom had a prefab shower that looked like it was from a Motel 6. Expected something a little more upscale for a Master Bedroom. This was our third large family rental and by far the least adequate. We would not rent this facility again. Location and beach was the big plus.

Beautiful house, and so nice to have 5 King bedrooms. The private pool was such a great benefit to this house.

We had a lovely time at Indian Pass/ Redbird Beach over the holiday week. The house had plenty of room for us (9 adults and 4 children), including congregating areas and places to spread out. The pool was a fantastic break from the heat of the beach. We appreciated the quick walk down the boardwalk to the beach. Even during the height of summer the beach was still uncrowded and peaceful!

The number of houses located on this stretch of Indian Pass made us feel like we were the only ones on the beach! The main level of the house was very spacious. The newly renovated lower level was very nice. We had an issue with the AC units which property management addressed quickly. We rented pontoons from Capt. Clint's and spent the day on the tip of the Cape! Highly recommended. We were unable to get the Dish to work on most of the TV's. Unfortunately, Dish was not able to make it out to us until after our stay, so I am not sure if that issue is resolved. The kids loved catching frogs and lizards in the yard. The lush green space between the house and beach makes for a beautiful view! Bring bug spray!! Be sure to check restaurant hours/days of operation. They are all different making it hard to plan any last-minute meals! We visited the quaint town of Apalachicola and had a nice meal at The Owl. Everyone was very friendly. We drove up to Mexico beach to rent jet skis. The house was spacious enough for our group of 17 (10 adults 7 kids). The house could use some more trash cans inside (bathrooms, laundry room etc.) Overall we had a great time!!
