Loved everything -suggestion about the living room -no where for beverages during movie night-like said tables, coffee table and between the two chairs a single beverage table -oh and the rug in the family room is a bit of a tripping hazard as it's rolled up in areas-a the master bedroom had a huge muddy food print when we arrived -it's still there -I took a photo -Also the refrigerator had some dents when arrived -as I'm sure you're already aware of. We will bring our family back, Thank you for every thing -

A little rocky at the start. I may have given Tony wrong phone number for communications. VRBO was quite helpful working things out.

Overall it was great and we will stay there again. I was sad about the non existent back patio. It’s as tiny as it looks in the photos which is hard to believe. Oh well!

There couldn't be a better location. The hosts were amazing communicators, getting right back to me. The kitchen was well equipped, right near open space and walking trails for my dog. We loved sitting out drinking our morning coffee and enjoying the stunning views.

Needs deep clear, last year great! Ants in house, broken window, trashed grill, oven mitts and towels in kitchen had food on them. Baseboards filthy with splatter on bathroom walls. Cheap chairs put in living room, to uncomfortable to sit in living room, besides ants inside, bought bug spray to sit on porch. Trinity tried to help. But boss did not. Told they are going to do deep clean, paint walls, new furniture, but no discount on days stayed. Even though we are repeat customers, planning to come every year.

House is wonderful. AC works nice when it was 104, loved the location backing up to the Colorado National Monument park with red rock cliffs and formation all around. 10 minute drive to stores and restaurants, very quiet area. House amenities were great, well stocked. Beds were very comfortable, slept well. Pictures are very accurate. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Grand Junction area.

Great place for a GJ stay. Liked the area located as it was convenient to GJ activities. The house is well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of kitchen tools. Only negative is the small sitting area out back.
