'Red Rock Rambler' Moab Home w/ Hot Tub & Views!

We stayed here with 11 people, and a good portion of them with physical disabilities. My favorite part was Everyone had somewhere to sleep! Lots of lounging space. Great place to come back to after a long day having fun in Moab. :) Highly recommended by us!

Bugs and ants inside. Back bedroom by laundry room needs to be replaced. Communication was very poor between hosts and property manager. Hot tub had waaayyyy too much chlorine. It burned our eyes and lungs.

Great location, good value, and plenty of space for 2–3 families. The home is a bit dated (which is all good!), but it could truly use a deeper clean with a couple of things that would really make guests more comfortable. The patio was quite dusty, and the hot tub chemicals felt strong so we didn’t use it much. Communication could also be better; slow response at check-in when the keypad didn’t work, and no reply to a checkout question that wasn’t listed in the directions until after we left (use the dumpster for trash!).Overall, a decent option for groups - especially those on a budget- with a few areas for improvement.

Clean and plenty of space to sleep. Great back yard and accommodations. Decent game room.Could use some upgrades. No stereo/music system. Hot tub chlorine was too strong to use.

We were very grateful for the opportunity to stay in this home. It served our large family well! We loved the space and the many beds. The backyard was fabulous along with the game room! Thank you for the attention to detail with the many towels provided along with the coffee. Overall it was clean and tidy, but could use a little love in spots to spiffy it up. We would stay here again and will recommend to any friends visiting the area. Thank you!

Comfortably beds, hot tub, yard, game room, and easy checkin/out

Lots of room in this house. However, I wish I would have known it was attached to another dwelling. I kept hearing noises while in a bedroom and didn't realize another unit was attached. The house was big, and clutter free. The lint trap in the dryers had not been cleaned out in a very long time tho.

This property was in a great location on a quiet street yet close to attractions. Lots of room for our family and easy and plentiful parking.

We are 9 friends that came to Moab for a mtb trip. The house worked great for our needs. Communication with Brent was excellent!

Came out to rent side by sides and play golf with the guys. Perfect spot for it. Right near some good trails and the course. Grill worked great too. Would recommend.

The size of the property was great for 10 of us! However, it was in a run down neighborhood, things weren't working, or dirty. The fridge needed a filter changed as did the hot tub. The Rec room is really a glorified covered porch which meant you couldn't use it once it was cold at night. The fridge in the Rec room also didn't work and smelled horrible.
