The house is directly across the street from Green Lake, the deepest lake in the midwest. Bring your own boat or rent one from a marina within walking distance!



Included: 5 bedrooms with 2.5 baths and updated appliances. The primary bedroom has a balcony and luxurious shower with his and hers sinks. The basement is finished with a 75 TV, pub table, kitchen, and arcade games. Inthe spacious backyard is a firepit & grill.

The first thing you'll notice as you approach the space is the welcoming horseshoe driveway in the shadow of the tall pine trees that provide privacy for this retreat.

As you enter, you'll be surprised at the depth of the home. The main floor has a sprawling kitchen, dining room, and living room. The primary bedroom upstairs is also extensive, complete with a balcony and elliptical machine. In the primary bathroom you'll find a luxurious stone shower accompanied by double sinks and skylight, which offers natural sunlight.



The finished lower level is where kids (and adults) of all ages can spend their time. This space boasts an impressive 75 television which stands before plentiful seating. The rec area has fun arcade games such as a Pac-Man machine alongside an air hockey table, and foosball table. Everything you'll need is downstairs including a kitchen with mini fridge and pizza maker!



As you follow the side driveway to the back of the home, you'll notice enough parking for several vehicles. Even though the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need, there is a bbq grill out back for the group's grill-master. Don't miss the the sizable, partially-fenced backyard with large firepit. Add up everything the house offers with the with time spent outdoors in beautiful weather with family and friends, and you have the perfect recipe for creating lasting memories.



Guest Access:

Guests are allowed every where in the house and on the premesis, except for a few locked closets for cleaning supplies and the garages.



The Neighborhood:

In a quiet part of Green Lake you're only 2 blocks from downtown. There is an amazing coffee shop, a fantastic bait shop, and several great restaurants. Shop local boutiques, gift shops, and art galleries. The Thrasher Opera House is a fun venue with musicians and bands playing weekly. There are also the renowned golf courses including Lawsonia, Tuscumbia, and Mascoutin nearby. Local marinas across the street offer boat slips, a free boat launch, and pontoon boat rentals. Getting Around:

There is a horseshoe driveway leading up to the front entrance. The driveway extends to the back of the Home with plenty of parking available. Free street parking is available if needed. Most attractions are within walking distance or a short 1-2 mile drive.

The local Green Lake Shuttle is available for rides around town!



Other Things to Note:

This house can accomodate many people. Couches can be used for sleeping as well. There is an additional room with 2 full beds for lounging.



If you have a large group and need even more space, or just want your own space, the house next door can also be rented. Renting both provides the benefits of proximity and privacy at the same time!
