The Spinnaker is a charming studio apartment located in a historic building in downtown Green Lake just steps away from the beautiful lake. The apartment was built out and completed in 2022, the inspiration for this vacation rental came from all the fond memories of Green Lake we have enjoyed since the early 70’s especially the beautiful sight of the colorful Spinnakers during the sailboat races. The apartment shares some of the original charm of the building mixed with modern amenities

Stayed Aug 8, 2025This was perfectly located and perfectly appointed. My two teenage sons and I slept very comfortably. For sharing a bathroom I personally would have enjoyed an additional mirror and that is my only note. Loved it.

Stayed Feb 5, 2025This was the second time staying here in Green Lake and we loved it once again. Both times were in the winter so the town is very quiet, but we would love to come back during the summer months when the tourism season is in full-swing. This rental is perfect for a couple's weekend get-away, or a family with small kids. You are right down town and about a block from the lake. Close enough for day trips to Fond Du Lac, Oshkosh and Ripon, or just driving around the lake enjoying the views. Make sure to visit Norton's Supper Club, Adam's Rib, the Goose Blind and Christiano's for meals - they will not disappoint!! Great communication with the owners and they live right upstairs and were quick to take care of any needs we had. Perfect place to stay - look no further! Book it!!

It was a quiet weekend in Green Lake which was exactly what we were looking for! It was great to walk to the lake, coffee and Goose Blind. Thanks for the great stay!

Stayed Oct 18, 2024We had an amazing stay in Green Lake. The apartment was clean and so tastefully decorated, as well as offering all of our essential needs: a comfortable bed with lots of extra pillows and blankets, a large shower, a spacious kitchen with all we needed to take care of our culinary needs. The location was perfect too and we saw our super friendly hosts for a minute and they gave us great suggestions on local things to do! Overall: fabulous
