The private washer/dryer will keep the dirty clothes at bay while you head outside and sink into the bubbling hot tub. Connect to the WiFi to listen to some background tunes while one of your guests fires up the BBQ to grill up a fresh dish from local ingredients.

When it's time to retire, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home will host up to nine guests with ease.     The walkable location is the best part, and a spacious living room area. Otherwise we had some frustrations with this property. Don’t use the laundry pods provided as they left a plastic film on our clothing that we’re having a hard time removing. They also told us there wasn’t a pack and play (there is, in the hall closet) so we had paid to have one rented and delivered which we didn’t need to do/pay for. Communication wasn’t the best. Some smaller not big deal issues (All of the trash wasn’t emptied upon arrival, there were a lot of ants) but because of the other frustrations, I thought I’d share the full picture. It is walkable to town and spacious, which is nice.

    Property was a perfect size for our family of 5. Plenty of room for my college kids to have their own space when needed. Property was clean and well maintained. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table. We loved being able to walk into town, especially after the long drive from Salt Lake. We would definitely stay here again.

    While the house was clean and a nice place to relax after hiking, we arrived to find that the master bathroom had an almost empty roll of toilet paper and the spare bathroom had less than 1/2 roll (and no additional rolls in the house). When we notified the management company of the lack of toilet paper the morning after we arrived, they stated that they only provide a starter kit and we needed to purchase any additional needed. Disappointed for the amount of money we paid to not have enough toilet paper for 3 people for 3 days, of which most of the time was spent hiking.

    Clean home with spacious living areas. Close to Main Street, so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Large clean garage which is nice for bike storage. Well equipped kitchen. Hot tub can only be accessed through the master bedroom

    This home is a perfect location, minutes fro Arches NP and close to Canyonlands NP plus Deadhorse State Park. Each night we were able to walk to great restaurants plus the Food Truck park was a great stop for a dessert, coffee or a meal.

    What an awesome rental! Might be my favorite one yet. We have been renting VRBO's for 4 years. Loved that we could put the car in the garage and unload/load privately. Huge kitchen, big bedrooms, plenty of space for this family of 4. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

    Spacious, comfortable property within walking distance of downtown Moab and its shops and restaurants. Perfect location from which to explore Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. One note - the toilet in the guest bathroom doesn’t flush well. Otherwise, great place to stay.
