Recently updated Beautiful Villa with 4 Seater Gas Golf Cart, WIFI & BBQ!!

Convenient location on a nice quiet street between the sixes and a short golf cart ride to Sumter Landing, Brownwood and two larger recreation centers. The property was clean with comfortable furniture and a new grill. The one request we had was handled quickly by the very nice property management team. We hope to return in the future.

We lived in the villages for 12 years and moved 2.5 years ago. Coming back and meeting up with our villages friends was great.

We loved the location – 10 min. drive to both Brownwood and Sumter Landing Squares. An easy walk to Havana Country Club, which has a nice restaurant and bar. The 4 person golf car was fun to use. The neighborhood pool, shuffleboard courts and bocce are within walking distance as well. The home was clean, and the master bedroom was quite spacious with large walk-in closet and TV. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, with a TV and closet. Nice screened in mini lanai, and several outdoor seating areas with a grill. Large kitchen area with vintage “ice cream parlor seats and table”. Plenty of dishware, cooking utensils and glassware. We liked the high top round table that seated 4 in the living room area. Garage was spacious enough for our SUV as well as our 2 bikes and the golf car. We have booked the home again for next Jan., 2025. Down Home Properties is GREAT to work with!

I was pleasantly surprised at how large the kitchen was and how it had everything I needed and plenty of dishes. I enjoy cooking so used lots of different utensils. Everything was well cleaned and in working order. Our only issue was the small driveway. Our pickup made it so you couldn’t get the golf cart out of the garage without backing up the truck. You couldn’t park the truck on the street so when you got back you had to get out and back up the truck to get in the cart back in the garage. The pickup was too long to fit in the garage. Would not be an issue with a smaller car and really wasn’t that big of an issue for us. Would highly recommend this rental.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and beautifully decorated with spacious rooms. Comfortable furniture and beds, plus TV's in both bedrooms. We loved having a bbq grill and a golf cart which we used often. A great location close to golf, shopping and entertainment. I would recommend this home to others!

Outdoor furniture brittle and cracking . However location was great. Golf cart very nice. Would come again
