Stayed Jul 22, 2023This lovely home suited our family of 3 generations perfectly--6 adults and 3 children (ages 8,8, and 3). We found it to be very clean, with everything we could possibly need in the kitchen and for the grill, plenty of household supplies, beach towels, toys and games. The swing set was a huge hit with our grandchildren! We even found sticks for making S'mores at the outdoor fire pit! The host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with, and we highly recommend this property.

Stayed Jun 24, 2023Our stay was a week with lots of overcast weather but the area provides plenty do to and see, we did a trip or two to Newport and even went duckpin bowling. We are a family who likes to cook and there wasn't any tool it didn't have. We enjoyed the outdoor shower and the shed stocked with all our outdoor needs. Eric was all you could ask for in a host with outstanding welcoming gifts and his time and attention. Highly recommend this home!

Stayed Jun 25, 2022Property is very Family oriented, Slide / Swing set was a Big hit with our 4 Grandchildren. Floor-plan of the house is Perfect . We had a few Minor issues, that were handled IMMEDIATELY by the Owners Eric & Maggie , and we would Highly recommend staying here for Any Family.

Stayed Aug 21, 2021Home is very well kept. Kitchen is fully stocked with supplies if you choose to cook. Plenty of seating inside and out for larger families. Home owners includes nice touches you won’t find at other rentals... board games for kids. Fire pit to hang out at night. Equipment for the beach.

Stayed Aug 7, 2021Swing set and fire pit in backyard added to our enjoyment of this well-maintained and well-supplied house in a nice, convenient neighborhood.. You either bike or walk to Kelly Beach or have someone drop you all off by car, and then the driver returns by walking or by bike. Eric responds quickly. Thanks, Eric, for a lovely week!
