Stayed Apr 17, 2025Difficulty getting into house at night upon check in. House was cold on check in. Discovered lack of bath towels; unable to use washer/dryer; kitchen very poorly stocked. Ants in kitchen and a couple in the bedrooms; bed linens smelled of body odor and or must. ; walls in bedrooms filfthy. Sticky substance on kitchen counter. Cheap contact paper noted on counters. Dining room chairs dirty with one broken. Front door broken. AC unit in bedroom not working properly and AC unit in dining room had busted buttons; mold in dishwasher and therefore did not attempt to use it; poor climate control in rooms. I took pictures.
