Modern Smart Home with EV charger Near Boston & Harvard, 0.7 miles to MBTA

This house was great for a family get-together in the Boston area - a good size for our group (7 adults and 2 kids), clean, and comfortable. Host was quick to respond when we needed help with the thermostat. We would stay again if returning to the area.

Everything was wonderful. The Home was as pictured. The host was more than accommodating. There were festive trees by the fireplace small enough that if we hadn’t celebrated Christmas, we could’ve tucked them away, but we were definitely there for Christmas and we felt as if it was a home away from home.The bedding and beds were excellent the warmth of the house perfect the locality also perfect quiet neighborhood we were respectful of our neighbors and they were also respectful of us. We exchanged pleasantries. A truly wonderful home to rent. It made our Christmas holiday.

The house was perfect. So clean and well appointed. Really appreciated having the driveway and it was close to Tufts and all that I needed. Will definitely be back.

Love this home! The location was perfect. Very close access to shopping/food stores. My son even went to Planet Fitness near by. We visited Boston, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine during our week stay. At night the backyard was beautiful with the decorative lights and the deck was so relaxing. The home was very clean and immaculate. Even our dog didn't want to leave. Hopefully next time we visit the New England area we definitely would stay here again.

Trang was a welcoming and very responsive host, providing clear instructions for a smooth check-in. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and tastefully decorated with a modern feel. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it featured fairly new appliances and the added bonus of EV charging. Overall, a stylish and relaxing place to stay!

Good space for entertaining and good amenities

We loved the house and had a wonderful stay during Boston marathon weekend. The host was very responsive and very helpful. We couldn’t locate a tv remote and he shipped us a new one with batteries! The house was immaculate and perfect for our party of six adults and one 4 year old. Wonderful!

We had a very pleasant stay. The house is very clean and very well kept. The location is convenient to neighborhood food or drink shopping. We can feel the host makes real efforts to make the place comfortable for its guests. The open floor plan makes the place very welcoming for family or friend get together. The host is also very responsive to questions relating to our stay before and after our arrival. We would recommend this place .

Property was beautiful. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive. Everything was nearby or just a short car ride away. Definitely will stay again next time we come to Massachusetts.
