A small, cozy house located in the Vila Rica neighborhood, on Rua da Casa do Artesão, near downtown Cunha and the main pottery studios, all within a pleasant walking distance. An ideal retreat for relaxing, enjoying nature, and exploring the Cunha region.<br>The house is built in a “chalet” style, featuring a bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining area, laundry area, and two bathrooms. It sits on a 4,000 m² property atop a hill, with a large green area. In itsspacious garden and lawn, there is a rustic gazebo for hanging hammocks (available on-site). Upon request, this space can be used for a portable grill and/or outdoor fireplace (equipment available on-site). The property features an orchard and vegetable garden, and during harvest season, guests can enjoy the fresh fruits and vegetables.<br>Pets of any size are allowed. The property is not surrounded by walls, only wooden fences and gates. Therefore, guests traveling with pets should take special care to prevent them from escaping.
