What a special place to stay! Perfect family reunion with our kids and their significant others. The house is beautiful and the pictures are very accurate (although it is bigger in person). They had everything you need right there and in a nice quiet neighborhood but just around the block from town so you can walk to everything. Highly recommend this property and spending some time in Nantucket!

Wonderful stay - second year in a row. Basement space is perfect hangout for teens/young adults. Open floor plan on the main is bright and comfortable. Feels like a home away from home.

We really enjoyed our first trip to Nantucket. Robert’s house is super close to Main Street so a quick walk to town—restaurants, shops etc.The layout is great and we really enjoyed the courtyard area. I would recommend getting a car for a couple days to explore the other areas on the island. The kitchen is well stocked and it is easy to cook a couple meals at home. Great restaurants are walking distance. Cheers!

This home is better than we even imagined! It’s so spacious and gorgeously decorated. The sweet spot is the cozy courtyard. The location could not be better- it was so nice to walk to everything in town. The host was quick to respond with any need to we had. I will stay here again!

This is our second year at 4.5 Charter. The house is gorgeous, well-appointed and sophisticated but also very comfortable for living and sleeping. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, major bonus! The house was spotless and in a prime location on a sleepy side street -an easy walk to town. I can think of no criticism for this house- it’s truly perfect but I will say: The driveway is tiny - do not bring a big car! Thank you Michael for another great stay.

We had another wonderful stay at Robert’s home. It is a beautiful house in town and convenient to everything. We will be returning for a third year and are already looking forward to it.

The house is clearly built and maintained for owner occupancy. Lucky to be able to rent such an amazing house near the center of town. All was as described. Comfortable and spacious bedrooms and living spaces.

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home! Our group travels for a long weekend to the island every year and have stayed in many houses and this one was the best! Very comfortable, has everything you need, perfect location to walking downtown. The house was spotless and we had great communication with the host.
