It was very clean & really spacious for our family. We loved sitting outside in the beautiful outdoor area in the mornings before heading to the beach. The house was also conveniently located to the beach access which was also a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again!

It’s frustrating the the whole beach is blocked by empty chairs that companies set up to block you from using the beach without submitting to their rental chair extortion scheme. They shouldn’t be able to block the beach with chairs that aren’t even being used. This is out of control and makes the experience significantly worse.

The proximity to shopping in Rosemary, the fitness center and of course the beach is hard to beat! R&B felt like our home away from home and we loved every minute of it!

The house is very well maintained and furnished. Our older kids love the privacy of the carriage house. We had no issues with anything during either of our stairs and I found the staff at 30 a luxury vacations to be very responsive and friendly. They communicate via text message very clearly and all of the instructions are easy to follow. Overall, this is an excellent property and I would highly recommend it to any family visiting Rosemary Beach. Numerous restaurants and shops are a short walk or bike ride.

The sunroom was a great area for the kids to play in , while adults visited in the living room We were kept informed of anything happening to the house, trash dates, once a maintenance man came by.

The house has such a great layout - there were plenty of different spots for people to spend time in so it never felt crowded. The location is wonderful! We could walk to the beach, to the pool, to the shops and the restaurants - even our 3 year old walked most of the time. We only used our car once to head to Publix, which felt like a win with a lot of kids! The home was clean, beautiful, and everything worked well. There were extra beach and pool toys to choose from in the garage and the courtyard and patio were so nice for spending time outside. Overall, this home is absolutely worth it! We hope to be back!
