Stayed Jun 23, 2025We had a great stay in Destin at this beautiful house! The house is beautifully decorated, spacious, and well laid out. There were plenty of rooms and hang-out places from living room to the various porches around the house on all floors. The beach was a short walk and though there was a shuttle, we just walked since it was so close. Also the pool is beautiful, well laid out also, and very close to the house. It was great with the waterfalls in the middle and the separate arms created nice congregating areas. Also nice was the hot tub and lots of outdoor clean off showers. The hosts were super easy to work with and it was a great experience!

Stayed Jun 1, 2025This property is in a good location with a great pool. The hosts are very responsive to issues you have. However this property is over advertised in my view. The furnishings were very inexpensive and not always comfortable. The bar stools, some of which they replaced for us were too short to be of any use unless you are a center in the NBA. The kitchen is adequate but lacks things like sharp knives and enough silverware to accommodate all the unit says it holds. If you are planning to feed a large family this may not be your best choice. That being said it is a great spot and you will have a great vacation here if you don’t want to cook much and just need a spot for home base. The beds are comfy. The hosts very nice.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025We went to the beach three or four days. Rented a boat and visited the pool often. Also, we ate at various restaurants on Emerald highway. Totally enjoyable time. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are quiet.

The house itself is spacious and beautifully decorated, with a 3 patios perfect for family gatherings and sunsets. We felt right at home, and the management company was responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Stayed May 9, 2025Arrived after 4 at 6 something and the cleaners were just there getting it cleaned. They were very kind so we went and ate, came back for unpacked and had so much fun! The manager/ owner was super nice and even allowed us a late check out which made upour time missed at check in. Great experience and great owner! So glad we made this trip.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024We spent our last week of Dec in this property and everyone enjoyed the stay. Vlad and Megan were excellent host. The property was neat and well maintained and 13-15 people can comfortably stay.Destin has lot to offer.. beautiful beaches , dolphin cruises and lot of restaurants.

Everything you need for a beach trip is available in the house or just down the street. Walked to the best several times. Would book again!

Stayed May 19, 2024My family, parents, sisters, brother-in-laws, and niece and nephews take a beach trip every other year. It is hard to find a property that will hold all 14 of us. This house was beautiful and held us all with plenty of room. The use of the complimentary shuttle makes it easy to tote children to and from the beach. The pool is very large so there is plenty of room without feeling crowded. We reached out to the owners a couple of times with questions and they responded very quickly and were so happy to help! My family would definitely recommend this property!
