Stayed Aug 3, 2025We rented the house for a beach week with our young children in August, and it was near perfect. The house is very new, clean, comfortable and spacious. The location couldn’t be better. Easy beach access, and walking distance for Sea Bright restaurants. Amazing views all day long. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed Jul 6, 2025We had an amazing stay at this beautifully decorated and maintained home. It felt completely luxurious and was stocked with everything we could need - and any additional items we asked for were immediately provided. The host was very available, responsive and kind. The views from the main kitchen/living area and upstairs bedrooms were spectacular -- we couldn't recommend this home more! It is located right on the beach and steps from the charming town of Sea Bright. Amazing stay and would definitely visit again! Highly recommend!!!

Stayed Sep 11, 2024We had an AMAZING stay at Kate's property! The house is beautifully renovated and looks as if it was decorated by a top interior designer. It had a great layout for three couples and a wonderful living/cooking/entertaining area. The best part about this place is the VIEW! You feel like you are on a boat looking out into the ocean from almost every window in the house. Each day we were there we saw whales and dolphins!! Watching the sunrises from the comfy living room couch was such a special treat! It was so nice to be steps away from the beach as well. The location was also a perfect walk to downtown. It is right on a seawall/boardwalk that is just a short stroll to lots of restaurants and shops. We will definitely be using this place again the next time we are in Sea Bright!
