Great location beautiful neighborhood…Our family enjoyed every minute..

Kitchen was excellent. While we didn’t cook the kitchen was well equipped with dishes, appliances and cookware

The house was large and provided plenty of gathering space. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Would have liked a shower feature in the upstairs main bath but understand in an older home, this style bathroom is standard. The yard was beautiful and we enjoyed the two deer who visited each morning and evening. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basics for cooking and dining. We would have liked containers for leftovers and salt/pepper but otherwise we had what we needed to prepare and serve meals. A couple small questions came up during our stay and the host was very quick to respond and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this property!

We just celebrated our 9th year at Sturgis with 12 total family and friends and this house, host, and neighborhood couldn’t have been a better fit for us. The space was so well kept, beautifully decorated, and built to accommodate family dinners and movie nights for all of us! Everyone was able to stay rested thanks to the quiet, spread out, confortables rooms and beds. The house was well stocked with paper goods, and cleaning products. The outdoor space was comfortable and accommodating for our whole group. We went to grill and needed more propane and the host had a new tank on our porch within the hour! We even walked from the house to downtown for ice cream one night. Such a lovely experience this year thanks to our lovely house and hosts in Rapid!

House was not well maintained. Supplies in the house were poor. There was no body wash or soap in the showers, no shampoo in some showers, only one roll of paper towels for the week. Not enough toilet paper for the week. The grill needed a good cleaning. The were almost no serving dishes. On the positive side, the outdoor seating area was very nice.

The house is very comfortable for the 7 adults that stayed for 3 days. While the home lists 4 full bathrooms, one of those bathrooms (on second floor) does not have a shower that 2 bedrooms would typically share. There is a nice shower bathroom that appears to be recently renovated (missing towel bars) in the finished basement area. While the basement rooms are comfortable, the rooms are very dark as there are only window wells and most are blocked by shrubbery. The host was very responsive to our questions with resolutions.

The house was perfect for our family and relatives. We were very clean, comfortable and the neighborhood is lovely. It was also a great home base for visiting the surrounding area. We love to Rushmore, the Badlands, playing pickle ball at the nearby park, reptile, gardens, and Custer State Park. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was comfortable with plenty of space for our large group, including a baby. It was nice to have a queen or king size bed for all four couples! The host was very accommodating to our check-in and check-out needs regarding the baby's nap times. There are a few eccentricities about the house including no shower with the tub in the upstairs hall bathroom and exterior doors we couldn't get open. Also the basement is really cold when the A/C is running. But overall we still really enjoyed our stay!

The bedrooms were nice, and the furnishings were great. The kitchen was adequately stocked for our needs, which included one home-cooked meal. It was a great homebase for our adventures in the Black Hills.

Great neighborhood and area. Definitely would book again. Only problem was Vrbo had me as leaving on the 11th the weekend before we used even though i had confirmation from original agreement through the 12th from January not impressed with Vrbo

The house is beautiful and matches the description. Six bedrooms makes it perfect for groups. Be aware that the fourth full bath only has a tub (no shower) so plan accordingly if you're trying to minimize sharing a bathroom. The property manager, Josh, was a joy to work with. Very responsive to texts and eager to help.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a large family group and there was plenty of room. Clean, comfortable and will definitely recommend this property to others.

The home had all the space we need for our family to travel in and stay together. It was perfect for hosting the Thanksgiving Holiday. Home is located so close to anything one might need. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful property, clean home, safe area. We enjoyed all the spaces to sit and visit, the children loved the fenced in backyard. Nice huge windows in the living room we could sit and watch them play. Very kid friendly space and had everything we needed.

We had a Celebration of Life for a family member, so we had a good-sized family gathering. The home has nice conversation areas and a beautiful backyard. More seating outside would have been nice, but overall, it was a nice place to stay. The property owner was responsive to our needs and questions.

Great location in Rapid City, central to all surrounding sites. The house was great, very clean and spacious, had all the amenities we needed. Easy Check-in and Check-out. Thank you

Perfect for a family gathering. Out door area great for kids to play and adults to visit.
