Rancho Santa Fe gated residence

The house was as advertised. It had lots of space and the owner was responsive to questions.

There was a lot of living space and a really liked being anle to park my car in the garage. There were 2 separate garages!

Pleasantly surprised!! The house was perfect for all ages. We were so exited to show up and have it completely decorated for Christmas, as we took our kids, my sister, and my dad down to CA for a Legoland Christmas trip. The house had more than we anticipated which was so amazing! The owner got back to us ASAP with any questions we had. Highly recommend!!

Rented this beautiful, spacious home for our California girls’ trip! There were 9 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room and loved the hot tub, pool and fire pit! There was one bedroom that had one less bed than advertised, but we made it work. Would definitely stay here again. The owners were great to work with!

The house was very nice and although the layout spreads everyone around, you get it together in the dinning and pool areas. The highlight is the pool, spa, waterfall, and fire ring. Our group had a very nice time there and will use it again in the future.

Our experience in the recent stay at this home and why I scored it. The purpose for our family being in San Diego was our son’s team made it to the youth soccer team nationals. Price for residence listed was very pricey but it was close to the events. Rancho Santa Fe gated residence, all amenities and descriptions listed for residence are accurate. Rental experience: Not very happy. (please read the issues encountered with rental). Rental Outline: Issues: Day 1 – San Diego temperature 78 degrees. • Get to house and the inside temperature, very hot, not warm, hot. • Explore to find main A/C control, so many though out the house which we learned later some do not control anything. • Start a window a/c unit in main leaving area. • Start a window a/c unit in 2nd story bedrooms. ◦ Instantly the breaker is kicking off at the 2nd floor. After working with breaker an uncertain amount of time we call the owner management. ▪ Management manger shows up (mother of owner) she really is trying to do her best. ▪ Shows up with two new additional box fans. ▪ Which I wonder why tells my wife the previous had not any complaints. But she shows up with box fans. ▪ After certain amount of time and conversations, she confused us all the many a/c controls faceplates that work and don’t work. ▪ She asks to speak with someone who speaks Spanish and keeps telling my wife she is feeling sick could she get her a glass a water becau

A beautiful, well decorated, well, equipped house with the pool and hot tub. Family reunion was fun there. We were able to eat together on the kitchen table Watch TV together in spacious family and living rooms. The master bedroom was totally unique. Large room with a large closet and very suspicious area. The house is secured and manicured. It was fun the whole time we stayed there.

This was the perfect house for our family of 7. The 4 bedrooms all have bathrooms in them. The kids love the foosball and pool. The owners were easy to reach and answered my questions right away. They even left a congratulations card and bottle of wine for my daughter who had completed her Master's program. When my daughter asked her children what their favorite thing about the trip was, they both answered the house.
