The Space:

Bright, light and spacious!



Attractive & modern open plan living, dining & kitchen areas with expanses of glass capture the wonderful ocean views. Leave the car at home & take an easy stroll to the beach or meander along the beachfront pathway to the village shops.



The front deck is ideal to soak up the sunshine whilst the rear courtyard offers shelter with a shade sail & gas barbecue. ‘Rancho Relaxo’ is a great  home to catch up with friends & family.



Comfort in all seasons is ensured by way of reverse cycle heating & cooling & bedroom ceiling fans. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with an electric oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher & all utensils, pots & pans.



All three bedrooms are spacious with built-in wardrobes. The master enjoys a queen-sized bed & ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two has a double bed whilst the third bedroom has a tri-bunk (double bed on the bottom with single bunk bed over).



The family bathroom is located adjacent. There is a laptop-friendly workspace located in bedroom 3 should it be a working holiday. Free Wifi, all bed linen & bath towels are standard inclusions.



The laundry is set up with both a washer & dryer. There is ample off street paved parking for multiple vehicles & a boat.

Guest Access:

Off street guest parking for your car & boat is provided in the driveway. The garage & private studio room is not available for guest use. The entire house is available to guests with the exception of a locked off supply storage cupboard.

With two lakes and beautiful beaches nearby, you can enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, and cycling all year round. This is sure to become a favourite spot for couples and families alike. Enjoy a walk to the beach & shops! Shell Street is located in close proximity to the beach and local shops.

Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms; Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID. Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all.



Security Deposit . A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at Rancho Relaxo Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings. 



Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 7 persons including adults & children. Additional fees to apply after 4 guests. 



A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
