That's not to say that it shies away from a generous helping of luxurious trappings, including a glorious, light filled great room witha towering log fireplace, spacious game room with additional lounge and full size second kitchen, high-end kitchen with everything your chef would need and so much more!

Ready to rest easy You'll love the plush King Primary Suite on the main level and second King Suite on the upper level, both with large ensuite bathrooms. You'll sleep like a baby in the King bedroom or the Queen bedroom, both on the upper level with a shared bathroom. Head downstairs for additional privacy to the third King Suite with Twin over Twin bunk bed and bunk room with a Full over Full bunk bed. All beds feature our premium hotel-style luxury linen package to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Designed to embrace the great outdoors, the home features expansive decks and patios with a large outdoor hot tub, natural gas grill and outdoor dining table for those alfresco summer feasts. It also features a 50 AMP Tesla Destination Charger for the energy conscious drivers with compatible electric vehicles. A perfect choice for family reunions and celebrations, 10 guests can be comfortably accommodated within this six bedroom beauty.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, Second King Suite, King Bedroom, Queen Bedroom, King Bedroom with Twin/Twin bunk bed, and Bunk Room with Full/Full bunk beds. Sleeps up to 14 guests.

Please Note:
- Quiet hours begin daily at 10pm. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.
- There is a steep driveway and/or access roads to this home that require 4WD in the winter
- Cell phone service is limited at this property location.
- The neighborhood nordic ski and hiking/biking trails go through private property and are for owner use only. For trail access in winter and summer, you may drive to Devil's Thumb Ranch or Snow Mountain Ranch to purchase a day pass for their trails. To access Devil's Thumb Ranch Resort and Spa ski trails, you must drive to the resort via County Rd 83 and purchase a pass there. You also may not access DTR from the north road of the Tawny Buc Trail Cul De Sac. Violating these terms will result in the neighborhood losing access to the DTR trails.

Parking: There is room for three cars in the heated garage, & two in the driveway, for a total of five vehicles maximum. No trailer parking permitted. This home has a steep driveway and/or neighborhood access roads that require 4WD in the winter months.

Electric Vehicle Friendly: Tesla Destination Charging Station in garage.

Pet Friendly: This home is pet friendly for one dog. There is a required $25 nightly fee for one dog which will be added at time of checkout.

Luxury Linen Package Included: This home has crisp, white duvet covers that are washed after every stay. Enjoy hotel-style bedding in the comfort of a home.
