Our spacious and secluded townhome on a quiet, tree-lined street offers a cheerful and modern open concept layout with two bedrooms, two full baths, a full-service separate laundry room, remodeled kitchen with new appliances, off-street parking, and a wrap-around yard/patio with three separate spaces to enjoy North County San Diego's year-round near-perfect weather.

The bedrooms feature luxurious hotel-quality beds, linens, pillows, blankets, ceiling fans, and shutters for room darkening. The primary bedroom offers an eastern king size bed and on-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two XL-twin size beds and a detached adjacent bathroom with walk-in shower. The bathrooms are stocked with common toiletries and Native brand shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, glassware, cookware, bakeware, common utensils and accessories, Nespresso coffee bar with condiments, common dried herbs and spices, and an assortment of bottled drinks and snacks, filtered water and ice.

This townhome is minutes from renowned Moonlight and Swami's Beaches, Rancho Santa Fe, shops, restaurants, bars, main thoroughfares, and Interstate 5. 30-minute drive to Downtown San Diego, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Safari Park, Sea World, 15-minute drive to Legoland, 1.5-hour drive to Disneyland, and a 2-hour drive to Los Angeles.

We are very near to popular hiking trails, horseback riding, renowned golf, and other outdoor activities.

Our guests have full and private use of the house and yard/patios for the duration of their stay.

As hosts, we are invisible unless needed. We are avid travelers with high standards and we strive to provide a luxury vacation rental experience for our guests. We live 25 minutes away and we take pride in managing this rental ourselves. While we understand that most guests prefer a contactless experience, we are fully available to guests via the Vrbo platform for any needs or questions that may arise, and via phone or text for emergencies.

We are an adventurous family that is familiar with southern California's many vacation offerings, and it's our pleasure to offer concierge services during the course of your stay.
