Excellent Property !! Quiet !!

Great location and beautiful neighborhood

House was nice and clean inside. Definitely city type living. We were under the impression that the house was on the rainbow river. It is not. Not even close. Nothing really to do at the property. String lights in back were all broken and not working. Over grown and uncared for garden area was not impressive. Multiple cameras outside so limited privacy. Host charges 20 if you use the grill. I would not recommend especially for the price.

Absolutely perfect! The place was spotless and felt just like home, with every extra comfort you could imagine—from plenty of towels to thoughtful snacks and toys for the kids. Beautifully decorated, family-friendly, and in a great location. Communication was seamless, and the pricing couldn’t have been more fair. We loved every minute and can’t wait to come back!

While the house is not on the river, it's very close. River access is less than 5 minutes away. The house was very clean and comfortable. There were lots of places to relax. The kitchen was well stocked. Communication with the host was excellent. We will definitely stay again.

My friends and I all agreed that this trip deserves a 10 out of 10 rating. We have stayed in many rentals together, and this one by far was one of the best. The home was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and it was truly a vibe. There’s plenty of space for everyone, and the owners were super thoughtful of including things for us like extra blankets, tea/coffee, etc. Also I just want to add, that was the most comfortable bed Ive ever slept in in my freaking life.The garden was a super nice touch, and it gave us an extra space to enjoy. Super beautiful with the bistro lights at night.Owners were super helpful and communicated well, they also suggested a ton of things to do nearby which was great! Don’t forget about swampy’s which is the restaurant that is literally walking distance from the house, and it’s super cool. On the spring river, definitely a great local spot.

Really nice home convenient to everything

This house was as beautiful as the pictures. Accommodations were great, very close to the river which we’ve floated down the next day. Had a wonderful time. Highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay.

Truly enjoyed our February stay here. Azaleas were beautiful and watching the different birds coming into feeders and bird baths. Nice location for biking and exploring the areas. Recommend to all.
