Rainbow River Oasis w/ Kayaks + Furnished Sunroom!

Had everything we needed, easy to find. Good communications with guest host. Very convenient and peaceful location. Evolve customer service and reserving process was confusing and a little cumbersome, but otherwise good.

We loved staying in your house, it is like living in a nature preserve. We saw so many different kinds of birds and we even saw a small alligator! We enjoyed the visit from the friendly neighbor cat. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

The house has a very open plan spacious house, and the huge screen room was a plus. The beds were very comfortable, and the house is well stocked. We didn't swim off the dock though too many weeds

The house was very nice. It is not fancy but is in a perfect location. We had everything we needed. We loved sitting outside enjoying the view, Sandhills Cranes with their babies, and a baby alligator.

The house was nice. Neighborhood was safe. Great location if you wanna float from the state park to the house. Walking distance to restaurants.

House and location were great, very comfortable. Only thing preventing a 5 star is that some of the recreational items were in need of repair (one of the bikes has a flat tire and one of the paddle boards was missing fins so you can’t steer it). Even with this I would still stay here again.

Location superb! We enjoyed watching birds from dock and screen room. House was well set up for four people, clean, kitchen well equipped. We’d love to come back next year.

House was great. Loved being directly on the river so we could enjoy paddle boarding and kayaking. House was very accommodating and met all of our needs. We had a great time!

Family went to the State Park and then used the kayaks and paddle boards here. My Granddaughters did not want to leave!!!

The location of the house was excellent and very peaceful on the river. Easy access to the river with the double kayak provided was perfect for us. Lots of wildlife and the river is much less busy on a week day. House met most our needs, but we did give up waiting on the hot water for the master shower. House is for sale so some how a showing occurred just after our arrival. All the visits from the neighbors cat Wiskers was a great bonus. Definitely will be back another time.

We love this location and have stayed many times over the past five years. The house could use a little TLC, but the location is perfect. Also, the hydrilla can be an issue getting into the River. Thankfully, some fellas on the river cleared a path for us. The screened porch is fabulous as is the yard and dock. Don’t plan on grilling-various issues like no propane or the last users leaving it dirty have deterred us. We will continue to return. You should definitely go! I’m mentioning the issues for the owner.

Our house was so clean and well appointed! Loved the Old Florida vibe and the Sand Hill Cranes were a bonus!We brought our own kayaks and paddle boards, but the house had plenty of options to get out and enjoy tho river with!It was so peaceful sitting on the dock and watching all the beautiful wildlife!We will be back!

Convenient to everything, easy to launch kayak or paddle board, and cozy place to hang with family.

It was very relaxing. Loved sitting out in the porches and listen to the wildlife at night. Great location on the river! I would recommend eating at Swampys restaurant just down the road. Also make time to explore the river via kayak or renting a boat just down the road.

This house is perfect for those who appreciate a beautiful river view, peace and quiet, large yard, and may love to kayak, paddleboard or tube right out of your backyard! Roomy and clean house! We loved our stay and will be back. Also, walking distance to Swampy's, a delicious and fun restaurant on the water, love music!

Gorgeous views of the Rainbow River with a private feel. The river bank was quite loaded with water weeds when we arrived, but the weeds were cleaned during our stay. The bottom is quite mucky, so it's not really ideal for swimming, but it is great for small boats and kayaks. The home itself could use some updating and maintenance, but the interior is clean. The beds are hard. We are local and rented to have our kids/grandchild visit comfortably in a fun location. We chose to stay at home in our own beds. That said, the main rooms are spacious and great for family gatherings. The river views are amazing. We enjoyed our stay!

We decided to take a break from frigid Vermont Christmas' and book a warm getaway to Florida. For a wildlife and photography enthusiast this location was amazing! Right off the back lawn overlooking a setback on the Rainbow River, teaming with wildlife! We rented a pontoon boat and parked it at the dock of the house for a lunchtime barbecue, we had a blast! Great biking/walking path just on the other side of the river, 2 minute drive to the trailhead. We saw gators! A couple quirks with the house, like getting warm water in one of the showers and bathrooms and some questionable linens, but otherwise suited our needs and expectations very well.

It was amazing. The children loved kayaking and paddle boarding. My son and his wife enjoyed kayaking to Swampies for lunch every day. I loved watching the wildlife. The backyard was large enough to hang a hammock and play corn hole when we weren't fishing on the dock. We look forward to renting this property again.

Nice property and great location. We did have issues getting in on arrival. We were not sent the code for the entrance door , so we had to call to get it. The correct code was not given to us , so we had to call again. The dock was under water and not usable. That should have been communicated ahead of our stay.
