Rainbow River Bungalow F

Location was perfect. VRBO states it sleeps 8 when it had room for 6 but perfect for 4 people. Never got an answer about checking in early and got text with code at 5 minutes to 4:00. Wi-Fi had issues. We had a set of bowls and plates for 4 people(we were 5 people) again it states sleeps 8 and seating for 4 at table. We had issues with ants and cockroaches but it is florida. No pans for the oven just stove top. With the issues stated above I’d still rent this unit again and bring the stuff we did not have and have only 4 people stay there.

Worst customer service ever!! Still waiting for tocarra to get back to us and we’re already gone! The listing was not on KP hole as listing said. We had no way to drag our kayaks a mile or more down the road and on a holiday weekend there was no parking available so we waisted more money on rentals and transportation when we already had our own after paying a lot of money on this rental that was not what they said it was!! No Wi-Fi and listening to dogs all night and they wouldn’t even respond to us!! I’ll never book VRBO again and we deserve a discount!!

Pros: Like new! Had all the essentials. Enjoyed the river on our paddle boards. Water amazing. Cons: pics and info showed a gas grill there were two small charcoal grills so we had to go to the store for supplies. Not being able to have a grill or fire pit by our rental was disappointing. There were dishwasher pods melting on sink so we threw out, as said put all dishes in dishwasher before leaving , there was no dishwasher. The river rules were a bit much and wish it was described to us. We went there and found out no wrapper, water bottles, etc… had to buy containers for all. Had pass for the park but still had to pay for parking. Find that to be a bit annoying especially when it was within walking distance. Which the bungalows had their own entrance to the water. Many many many ant and red and hills so beware when walking around anywhere around the bungalows and common area.

The bungalow was very clean. KP Hole Park is walking distance from the unit and we enjoyed a day kayaking in the beautiful Rainbow River. We were a little confused at check in because I initially did not notice the letters on the units . The picture on my confirmation showed a yellow unit which looked occupied. It ended up our unit was a pinkish color. The owner was very responsive and helped me figure it out.
