Stayed Jun 20, 2025We loved our stay at Meg’s beach house. The pictures don’t do it justice. Feels like a well loved family home, that you are lucky to visit. The only hiccup is we got there before the cleaners. Meg was apologetic and the cleaners brought a crew. We took a walk to the beach while they cleaned. The view is so beautiful. The garage and basement have lots of fun family yard games. We loved our visit and would love to return some time! Our kids loved playing bocce and smashball. There are no restaurants or grocery stores nearby, so plan ahead! It is so peaceful and you instantly feel like a local. The private beach is worth everything!Looks like they’re adding on a bunk room that would be amazing in the future.

Stayed Aug 20, 2024Heavenly view from the balcony. Really appreciated being able to use the kayaks and surf boards. The beach is a few minute walk away. Happy that the owners don't use pesticides on their lawns as a few lawns in the neighbourhood do! Owner very available and helpful for any questions.

Stayed Jul 9, 2024We enjoyed our July stay. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Loved the ocean views from the house and access to two private beaches. Also liked that it was only a short drive to our favorite restaurants in Cape Porpoise & Kennebunkport. Will definitely request a future stay.

Stayed Aug 24, 2024Our family enjoyed a fun week at this Granite Point property. The house was clean and in an excellent location for kayaking, walking, and biking. The kitchen was well appointed for our many meals at home and there was plenty of beach equipment for our daily trips to the beach. The sunrises were beautiful from the 2nd floor porch.
