It is in a wonderful, peaceful location just outside the city of Lagos and only 3 minutes drive from Boavista Golf Resort and Porto do Mos beach. The condominium is secure with electric entrance gates and boasts a stunning, large communal pool with excellent sun exposure and private tennis court/5-aside football pitch set amongst landscaped semi-tropical gardens.

The accommodation is of the highest quality with contemporary fixtures. Comfortable living & dining room with large patio doors which open up to a large covered terrace with BBQ area. The terrace leads directly through the large garden & down to the pool. Also on the ground floor is a shower-room.

Upstairs can be found the double bedroom, twin bedroom (with zip and link beds to be arranged as either 2 singles or a large double), and a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower fitting.
