Quiet Waterfront Retreat minutes from downtown.

Wonderful property with a great host! Looking forward to booking again in the future.

The house was very clean. True to the pics Jeannie was easy to communicate with. On a canal, great if you bring your boat. Kayaks and peddle boat available, but I didn't get a chance to use it. Beautiful sunsets at end of the road.

The Rockport Waterfront Retreat was very clean, tastefully decorated, and well equipped. We had breakfast on the deck overlooking the canal, watching terns and pelicans as we ate. We had a very nice, but unfortunately very short stay at the Waterfront Retreat. We had booked three nights, but had to leave after one for a family medical emergency. I can't say enough about how kind and supportive Jeannie was through the entire process; starting with regular communication as we were getting ready to arrive, checking in to see if we needed anything once we got there, and finally being very kind and supportive as we were hurriedly leaving. We would not hesitate to return to this property. The property is not walking distance to downtown Rockport, but the location meant that, at least on the days we were there, it was very quiet, which we really appreciated. We never got the chance to use the kayaks, but they were easily accessible if we had been able to take advantage.

Communication with property owner was fantastic. Would absolutely stay again.

The owner’s are super. They worked with us after the Texas freeze and were very fair. The unit is better than described. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
