Quiet Urban Community – Designer Home w/ Hot Tub!

The property and amenities were as described and great. The issue we had was too many rules, expensive and not accommodating. Stacy gave us the code to the house around noon but we could not check in until 4 pm. Check out was at 10 am the next day. This was a Sunday night and in a smaller town. I could understand if it was a high demand property or in a big city but to enforce the times so strictly it didn’t match the amount of money we paid. Also she charges additional (35) for use of the hot tub. Overall it’s a nice spot but not worth the price spent for the short amount of time we were there.

The location was so convenient to restaurants, grocery store, and bike paths. It was very quiet except when we were on the patio we could hear conversation and noise from the tenant in the garage area. The outdoor space was private and shady in late afternoon.The decor and furnishings were very nice. The bathrooms and kitchen were excellent. The 2nd bedroom mattress was too firm but the master was excellent. The living area sofa was not comfy for watching TV.The carpet in the master had multiple soiled/stained areas and the coffee pot had crusty coffee remnants on the plate and in the pot. The grill was very crusty. Otherwise the property was very clean.Overall this property was very nice but not exceptional.

Fun, short visit to Northern Colorado for break. Enjoyed the Discovery museum (super close), shopping, and trampoline park. Really nice that we could include our dog. House is as pictured and has the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Stacy, the host was great to work with!

Me and my daughters enjoyed the space in the short time we were there. I was disappointed to be charged for the hot tub before actually using it, as I wasn’t sure of timing with their 10:00 pm shut off time & the event we had scheduled to attend. It ended up working out that we were able to use it. I’m also glad we’re brought our own snacks, even though they show a photo of available choices. Quite the minor issues! Overall this place is an amazing 2 bed/3 bath house. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Property manager was super nice and attentive. Would definitely stay there again!

Showed up for the football game. Uber ride was fast and easy to and from the house to the stadium. Enjoyed using the hottub and the tv!

This property is in a wonderful location and has everything a family could want. A great kitchen for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as an outdoor area for a wind down at the end of the day. We loved the areas where people could spread out and play games, watch TV or read, or take advantage of all Ft. Collins has to offer. An excellent spot in Ft. Collins. We will be back!
