Quiet tree lined street, 1 minute from downtown Boerne

Check in was so easy and the communication between us and the owner was clear and prompt. This home is so well maintained and clean. We especially loved our time on the outdoor patio space both in the early mornings and evenings. I definitely recommend this home for a quiet and comfortable stay in Boerne.

Overall it was just the place we needed to have our family stay while celebrating a friend’s wedding. It was clean and well-prepared, with rules for checkout and WiFi access clearly posted. The host responded to my initial question about an amenity and gave check in insurrections ahead of time. Linens and beds were ready to go. The second bedroom with an en-suite bathroom was pretty small, but overall the rooms and furniture were comfortable. Lovely backyard and view. Only thing lacking was there wasn’t enough of a few items. For example, we didn’t have any extra trash bags, no dishwasher pods to run the dishwasher if we had cooked meals, and I’m not sure if we would have had quite enough toilet paper if we’d had all members of our original party there. In fairness, I did not message with the host to see if they had any of the missing items in a separate spot. But they seemed like basic items that should have been easily accessible anyway. Kitchen had the bare essentials in terms of cooking, and they were good to put bagged ice for us in the freezer and bottled water for us too. Closets had hangers and they had an iron and ironing board too. Overall it was a good stay! just lacking in a few of the details.

This is an unbelievable property. Really nice, inside and outside. Very good value. Worth every dollar. Spent 5 nights and enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Close to downtown Bourne and an easy drive to the H-E-B grocery store. The outdoor areas were nicely furnished and the views were expansive and peaceful. Anytime I’m in Bourne again this will be my place if it’s available. The host was responsive and helpful. Genuine hospitality. You won’t regret staying in this beautiful place.

Great house!

House was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was well stocked and we felt very comfortable at the house. The location to downtown and the shops was an added benefit. My wife enjoyed the deer's roaming in the back yard morning and evening. The property has a very well-kept yard (front and back). We hope to come back again next year. Great property to stay at and enjoy the Hill Country.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was roomy, very clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The only thing missing was a teapot, but that was a very small detail in an otherwise great experience. We would happily stay here again.

The hosts were very helpful. Beautiful views out the back windows.

Beautiful house, great location close to everything, nice quiet neighborhood.

Refreshing RetreatWe loved staying in this beautiful home close to downtown Boerne. The home was equipped with everything we needed and was spotless! We really appreciated the water bottles in the refrigerator already chilled and waiting for us. The peaceful neighborhood and wildlife helped us all unwind from our busy city schedules. It was just what we needed. We look forward to staying here again.

Peaceful and restful. Very large backyard with lots of outdoor seating to enjoy it. The open kitchen/living area with island counter and stools is great for entertaining. It was just my daughter and I and we felt guilty renting such a large space, but we did have close family gather before dinner at a local restaurant and everyone loved it. The proximity to downtown is ideal.

Fantastic property! Extremely clean and roomy property. Very peaceful area with a relaxing backyard area. Was completely impressed with this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at it again!

This house was perfect for our weekend in Boerne for my daughter's golf tournament. Karina's home went above and beyond in all of the amenities you need while staying away from home. She even provided a bag of ice and bottled water to help us stay hydrated in the Southern Texas heat. Location was very convenient to downtown! We got to see lots of deer in the backyard and enjoyed this lovely home. We will be back to stay next year when we come back to Boerne.

Our son got married at a venue in Boerne and this wonderful property allowed my husband and myself, older son, daughter-in-law, grandson and my mother to stay all together. The property was extremely clean and smelled great! My grandson thoroughly enjoyed the outside space as well. Wonderful weekend!

We have stayed at the house for the third time and it's great - good location, clean, has everything needed during a stay and beautiful backyard!
