A Country Feel in the Middle of Boerne

Everything was great.

Delightful cottage. Allowed us to relax. We didn’t anticipate such proximity to neighbors, but it was still quiet and peaceful. Close to town.

Lovely, relaxing, well-appointed and charming cottage that feels like it’s in the country even though it’s in the heart of bustling Boerne. Lots of nearby restaurants and shops- easy walks. Hosts are thoughtful and communicative. Will stay here again!

Overall, the property was superb! Easy to get to. Lots of establishments within a close range. Very comfortable for sleeping in!

One of our favorite places to stay. The cottage is always so clean and well furnished. We love to sit on the patio and watch the deer. We walked the trail nearby this time, and it was so beautiful and peaceful.

Everything was perfect. Perfect setting, quiet and relaxing. Private and secure with parking right behind the cottage. The cottage was beautifully appointed. Bedding and bath linens were great. The kitchenette was well supplied with everything needed. It was great to have coffee and filters already there. Easy access to town - walkable. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay at the Depot Cottage. It was immaculate, we had an easy check in, comfortable bed, peaceful setting. We enjoyed watching the deer all around the place. Terry, our host, was attentive and quick to respond if we had a question. We will definitely return.

Depot Cottage is precious, crisp, clean, cozy, well-appointed, safe and secure. In a word, perfect. Host was kind and understanding helping to direct me after arriving late at night. I highly recommend selecting Depot Cottage as a weekend getaway or longer respite from the hustle and bustle.

We had a great time in this peaceful, inviting cottage. Very clean and organized and the bed was so comfortable! We loved seeing lots of deer and butterflies and in general visiting Boerne. We had a change to meet the host - what a nice man. We’d love to return!!

Beautiful cabin in a rural and open part of Boerne. Although we were only a short drive from the commercial side of town, we never looked out the window without seeing deer grazing nearby. The view from the front porch is of a field and wooded area that was very peaceful. We ran into the friendly host Terry as we were leaving one day and he made sure we had everything we needed. It has every amenity we expect from a quality rental, such as a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and comfortable living and sleeping areas. We would not hesitate staying here again when in the Hill Country.

We truly enjoyed this cottage. It was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday and had everything we needed.

Another visit and another perfect time. MyDogs loved the yard and the adjacent field. Our host Terry never disappoints. The bed linens and decor were the finest. We will be back next time to see our grandchildren in Boerne.

I love this little house! The setting is so tranquil. Sitting on the porch with my morning coffee while watching the deer and hawks was a great way to start each day. It feels like you’re out in the middle of nowhere but actually everything I needed to do while in Boerne was just a few minutes away.

Perfect weekend getaway quiet, and centrally located to town and surrounding areas.

Such a lovely cottage with a beautiful view. My husband and I sat outside in the evenings to see deer grazing, which was so relaxing. The cottage itself has every amenity needed for a stay. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the entire cottage was clean. There is a small, fenced area for a dog in the front of the cottage that is enough room to run off energy. The weekend we booked was rainy, but with the covered patio and chairs, we were still able to sit outside under the covered porch without getting wet. So relaxing and we will definitely be back. Oh, I almost forgot, it is close to a walking nature path and is a walkable distance to shops and restaurants maybe about 10 min walk away.

The Depot Cottage is truly a GEM in Boerne, Texas. Location and amenities are nothing short of excellent. It's a peaceful setting with lots of wildlife surrounding you - deer. We loved the neighborhood. We took the trail-way for a quick morning walk. The Depot Cottage is equipped with very, very nice and beautiful furniture and every convenience item that you need. The Depot Cottage interior looks like it was professionally decorated - quality throughout! We loved our stay and will hopefully stay again. Thank you, Terry. Our stay was top notch!!

Host was polite and accommodated 1 request. We were able to walk to the downtown area and meander. It was also close to the event,Cave without a Name, we were visiting. The cottage was extremely clean and had all the amenities.

Absolutely perfect for us. This is the second time we have stayed at the Depot cottage and enjoyed it each time. We will probably return in the future

The property was amazing. It is exactly as described. The owners make it feel like a home. No detail is missed. Contacting the owners, who are very kind, was simple and done via text. It was a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay, a couple of callouts, almost could not enter the property due to a broken electric gate and a stubborn and sticky electric door lock. Otherwise excellent.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at the Depot Cottage while attending a family reunion. It was perfect for our 2 dogs too with a huge fenced field for them to run and a smaller fenced area right off the front porch. The cottage was beautifully outfitted with everything we needed. There were lots of deer to watch and beautiful trees making for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of a busy family weekend. Highly recommend.

It was lovely, cute, little place. I liked that it was a gated property. Quiet neighborhood. Had the most comfortable pillow! Pretty granite countertops. Had everything you would need in the kitchen, coffee. Nice yard. I would stay there again! Great experience!

Great comfy corttage. Easy private access providing Close proximity to Main Street, restaurants etc. Realy quiet as well. Highly recommend if you need a place to relax while here in Boerne, Tx.
