Quiet retreat, valley views, zoned heating and cooling fire pit and new deck!

Place was very clean and nicely decorated, had everything you would need, unfortunately we didn't spend much time there so we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we could have. Beautiful deck off the back with beautiful views both night and morning which we did enjoy! Only issue we had was being to get AC units to work in different rooms. But im sure if we had more time to read the instructions we would have had better luck. Sally was very responsive when asked questions. Would for sure stay again if in the area. Great place to stay for ski season.

For our weekend ski trip with another family, this place met all our needs. This place was clean, included all the amenities listed, was close to town, and had a beautiful view from the deck. For two young families, we both give 5-stars!

We had a great stay!

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4 our dog. The host was responsive, the home was very clean & comfortable. The location is great, it was far enough out of town to feel private with great views, but close enough to town to be convenient. It’s less than 10 minutes to town and very easy to navigate! You enter on the basement level and the stairs up to the main level are very steep, so maybe not ideal if someone in your group has mobility issues, but it was totally fine for us. We were there in winter so couldn’t use the new deck but it looks gorgeous & we would have definitely used it if it wasn’t covered in snow!

My family and I visited the area for a last minute weekend away and campus visit in Buffalo. The location worked great - easy drive to Buffalo and Niagara Falls but a quiet, rural location near Ellicotville. The house met our needs perfectly. My kids enjoyed the bunk beds and space to hang out on the lower level, and my husband and I appreciated the quiet space upstairs. The beds were clean and comfortable, kitchen space stocked for all our needs, and the house was clean and ready for us. Check out was simple. The host communicated well about the house rules and locations of everything. We loved the quiet rural location and the sunrise off the deck , looking down into the valley, was beautiful. We appreciated the pet friendly home, which is not always easy to find! Overall a great stay, would highly recommend.

We booked this house for the weekend for Fall Fest. The house has everything you need and was perfect for our group. Plenty of room for everyone and comfortable. We will be back.

Spent 3 nights at the conveniently located house. Weather wasn’t the best — but the accommodations were excellent!!
