Stayed Jul 15, 2023Great location and everything clean and as described. Very small, but worked perfectly for 3 of us as we were really just sleeping there and spending rest of time with family who rented a big house in SP. Would stay there again.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025This was an amazing location if you want to go to the beach and do the boardwalk. Plus a very short walk to the water parks and other fun attractions. Couldn’t beat the location for the price. My only slight issues were the fact that the bunk bed was definitely not good for 2 people. The “mattress” on the top bunk is too thin to be a mattress, more like a mattress topper, and the bottom “mattress” on the futon was closer to the size of a twin just resting on a full size mattress topper. Therefore, the person sleeping on the top bunk did not sleep very well. Luckily, there were only 3 of us on the second night so it worked out perfectly then. Also, there were some bugs - a few ants and flies - but that’s also to be expected at a beach house so it really didn’t bother us. Other than that, the place was really great for what we needed and it was easy to clean up after ourselves due to the size. I would definitely recommend this place but only for 3 people max. Super easy to get in and out, having 1 parking space was a plus and the host was helpful. Had lots of fun!

Stayed Jun 20, 2025Perfect in every way. We stayed for a 3-day weekend, myself, mother in law, and 2 kids. Perfect location and perfect size for 4 people. The distance to the beach and pier was perfect. Great place for a family with young kids.
