Quiet, newly renovated fisherman's house with terrace on the island of Werder

The yellow house is located on the protected fishing island, two minutes from the water in a quiet little street.

The newly renovated former fisherman's house has about 63 square meters of living space and extends over two floors and a loft. The ground floor consists of a living room open to the kitchen and dining area with a sleeping sofa for 2 persons (can be separated) with stereo, flat screen TV and DVD player.

The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove and electric oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer combination.

In the hall there is a small storage room and other storage facilities.

On the upper floor there is a cozy bedroom with a large double bed (also separable), adjoining open small room with reading and working area as well as a bathroom with tub, shower, toilet, sink and washing machine.

A ladder leads to the cuddly attic.
There are also 2 sleeping places, where a separate 2 younger persons or children can sleep.

The living-dining area is preceded by an idyllic courtyard, which is formed by the yellow house with the main house.
This place with a large table and umbrella is available to the guests.

Children:
Highchair and baby cot can be provided free of charge.

To go biking:
For cyclists the surrounding area is ideal, many places can be explored by bike. The Europaradweg passes Werder. Bike rental is possible on site. Bicycles can be parked in the yard.

Water sports and swimming:
Werder is surrounded by numerous lakes, which are characterized by excellent water quality: Schwielowsee, Lake Glindow, Plessower Lake and Zernsee, as well as a part of the Havel, surround the city - Werder means waterland.
Boat rental in various categories (pedal boat, canoe, kayak, motorboat, houseboat etc.) is also for example. directly in front of the island. Surf rental on Lake Zern.
There is a natural swimming pool on the island. There are beautiful bathing bays and a lido on the nearby lake Plessow.
