Stayed Oct 4, 2025We really enjoyed our stay. This house is located just minutes away from all of the fun in downtown Prescott. The neighborhood has a lot of charm, and was very quiet. Our check in process and communications with the host, were very easy. The house was clean, and is nicely decorated. It has all of the basics that you might need. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 25, 2024Best stay I ever had. Dewey was a great host, very friendly and informative. He has done a marvelous job with the property. The enhancements he has made are incredible. New paint, wood trimming throughout, new appliances, tankless water heater, beautiful flooring, upgraded bedding and more. I would like to go back again. And it is a quiet neighborhood, very close to everything in Prescott but in a family kind of neighborhood. I felt very safe and comfortable. Thanks for everything Dewey!
