Quiet home in the trees.

A little piece of heaven on earth. Beautiful and very hospitable.

Clean, comfortable, cozy… This is the second time we have stayed at this home and it just gets better. It’s close to Deadwood and Sturgis but tucked back in the quiet hills. There are a ton of deer, turkeys and other birds that come to visit. We brought my son’s girlfriend and my daughter’s best friend, we had more than enough room for the 6 of us. The yard is big enough for throwing bags, and the grill and outside patio was perfect for nightly family dinners. The owners of this home are kind and courteous. I can’t wait to plan our next trip to the Black Hills.

Very secluded and quiet property in the black hills. The house was very comfortable and well stocked. Yard games and ample space to play outside. We throughly enjoyed the patio area and all the wildlife. We will definitely stay again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place in the pines.

Super nice and friendly host! Central to everything you could want to drive to in the Black Hills! Close enough to a store to make a quick run for groceries in Sturgis and yet far enough off the hwy to be quiet and peaceful! House is beautifully updated - everything you need is available in and around! Saw the deer and the turkeys at breakfast and dinner each day :) Will go back!!!

From the bouquet of fresh flowers, to the coffee maker filled with water, we saw those special touches throughout, that made us feel at home. Forrest answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Immaculately clean. Quiet. Close to all the action. Thank you for a wonderful stay! You will NOT be disappointed! disappointed!

We really enjoyed the home and the area! Seeing the wildlife all day was wonderful and it was a great place nestled in the trees! Forrest was also really kind and understanding about our special needs son. Definitely will be staying again in the future.

Clean, comfortable and welcoming!! This house is in the perfect location for us. My husband runs the Black Hills 100, and this is close to Sturgis. This location is in between Sturgis/Lead but not in town. This property is large and open. We had plenty of space for out door games (bags) and for our dogs to run.The wild life around the house is beautiful and unique.

Its a lovely place. Remote enough to be private but close to Sturgis and Rapid City. Lots of wild turkeys and deer.

We very much enjoyed the quiet solitude when we were not out and about site seeing. Very well furnished. Thankful

The place was very clean, the owner was very quick to respond, and it was a great overall experience! We loved that it was dog friendly. The only thing that could've been an issue was parking. If we would have had 2 more couples (like we were supposed to) parking with trailers would've been an issue. Otherwise great place, great price, and we would stay there again!
