House is in a nice neighborhoods, near all for Sturgis. Good place to get to after a full day of activities and relax, enjoy a meal and sit in back deck and star gaze. Clean house and garage fits 4 motorcycles we had 2. Good start point to all the great rides in the Black Hills.

This was our 2nd time staying at Alan’s home for the rally. The location to downtown could not be more perfect, just a short 5min drive. The house is on the smaller size so it’s nice for small groups. It’s also nice to have access to the garage, in order to keep the bikes dry during rain storms.

Nice place. Easy commute to downtown. Would definitely stay there again.

You have everything to make you feel like your right at home. When we walked in the front door it was just amazing. It was so cozy and welcoming. For the stuff we were doing, it was definitely the perfect place. Beautiful back yard, my grandson loved playing back there, he really liked waking up to the deer. Nice size driveway, we had a 12 passenger vehicle and we had plenty of room for the vehicle and my grandson to ride his bike. The house is fully stocked, you will find everything you need to make a meal, we had the use of a grill, it was so nice. My whole family were truly comfortable and enjoyed the house. We would definitely rent the house again if we ever make it back to South Dakota.

Great location and quiet area

This was the perfect gateway to the black hills trails, great propery and the garage was perfect for the bikes. The owner was a wonderful host.

Alan was a fantastic host and easy to communicate with. The home is in a perfect location with easy access to downtown Sturgis (5min) and a quick ride to all Sturgis has to offer. There are 2 rooms and a full bathroom on the upper level and 2 rooms with a full bath on the lower level. Easily accommodated 4adults and 10month old baby. Garage access was also great to have considering it rained during our stay. Would highly recommend this property for your Black Hills/Sturgis adventure!
