Quiet family get away

Happy with our stay.

Stayed for Benedictine graduation and it was perfect. Large home, clean, close to campus - right by Walmart. The backyard was spectacular- large and private. My boys spent hours finishing in the pond.

A tremendous stay for a couple of days while in town for grad school graduation. Room for the entire family to have their own beds and a quiet location that feels like the country despite being minutes from everything. Best-stocked kitchen of any rental I've ever stayed in!A special treat was dinner on the deck overlooking the pond and seeing a beaver swimming across.

Property was as described. Good location. This was a ladies trip and was our hub for exploring Atchison and nearby Weston, Missouri. We would stay again.

Very large open house with many nooks and crannies to give everyone space. Great value. We were in town for a funeral so didn’t spend a ton of time at the house.

This was the third year we have stayed at this property. There was some new furniture and curtains throughout the house, which were nice updates. House was clean, it is spacious, and has plenty of room for our family. Very much enjoyed our stay once again!

This property was perfect for a large family. It was extremely clean and management communication was excellent.

The property is a great place for a girls weekend. The kitchen is well outfitted. Upon arrival we found the sofa recliner was out of commission and there is lack of seating beyond the couch in the main living area. A couple of soft chairs in the living area would be nice. For those with a balance issue, all the stairs lack railings.

Difficulties with the a/c in one portion of the house. Communicated with property manager and we made it work. It should be serviced as we discussed. Beautiful home and comfy for our seven senior guests. I would suggest adding gates to the two open stairways even though we did not have children in our group. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again.

Nice house in a great location, plenty of room

Property was everything we needed for our family weekend. Layout of house is kind of split up which was nice for us.

We (ie 5 adults and 3 kids) have stayed here before. A very comfortable place for our large group - with room to spare. Will stay here again next time we visit Atchison. Need I say more?

Everything was nice and beds were comfortable.

This house works well for our family gathering. There are enough bedrooms and bathrooms. The main living spaces are large enough for everyone to be gathered together. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked with items we need, and the dining space is big enough to all sit together. Overall the house is very clean and everything was ready to go as soon as we walked in the door. We will plan to stay again.

Perfect property for a family get away with lots of rooms and sleeping space. The kids loved the upstairs and downstairs areas to play games. Just a note that there are steep stairs open from the floor by the front door that can be worrisome with a toddler! Otherwise perfect!
