Hey there! Just a friendly heads-up: Atchison is packed with charm—and these buildings have been around a while! Like much of historic America, there could be some “vintage” surprises, like lead paint, asbestos, or even a touch of radon We don't know of any of these; however, in this time of craziness now a disclaimer has to be everywhere.... And as science evolves, everyday stuff like plastic, carpets, or even LVP flooring might get their moment in the spotlight. We keep things as cozy and safe as possible, but just know a little character—and mystery—comes with Atchison!
