Stayed Jul 15, 2023We had a great time. Marshall was great to work with. 15 minute walk to the beach , beautiful area In Nantucket. House was excellent, spacious, nice area.

Stayed Jul 2, 2022This house is in a fantastic location - quiet neighborhood, 15 min walk, 5 min drive to a not so busy beach. The house is comfortable and well equipped with great outdoor space.

Stayed Jul 31, 2021We loved our stay at Marshall’s home! Marshall was the consummate host, always a text, email, or phone call away if we needed him. The home is wonderfully private and our little one and pup enjoyed safely running around the yard and surrounding woods. We hope to return next summer!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969charming, spacious house on a gorgeous lot. a leisurely 15 minute stroll to the beautiful, private south shore beaches of nantucket island. comfortable stay with all the necessary amenities...couldn't have asked for a more relaxing setting.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969this house was just what we needed. i loved the kitchen and the walk to the beach. very clean and comfortable-nice linens and the view of the sunset from the upstairs deck was great at cocktail time. the kids and the dog had the room above the garage and i was a little jealous it was so nice . we had dinner at the jetties ,marshall's place on the beach two nights which was fun and worth the little drive into town(with a stop at the juice bar ,of course!) we are coming back in 2010..

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This house is within walking distance to one of the most peaceful beaches on the island - where you will probably find more seal than humans. The yard is perfect for outdoor entertaining and families. You are not secluded, yet have complete privacy. The amenities are plentiful yet the feel is comfortable and un-stuffy. A great place to relax for vacation.
