Quiet, comfortable and clean Long Beach unheated pool house.

We didn't get to enjoy the pool, but the place was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. And we enjoyed staying in a nice quiet neighborhood.

The host was very communicative and we had everything that we needed for our stay.

My girls and I had the best time. The neighborhood is very quiet, the house feels much larger inside than I thought. We felt safe, the pool was great. It's near many shopping and eating options. If I'm ever down in SoCal again I will definitely try to book again.

We chose to celebrate the last day of school with a staycation and rented this home with a pool to kick off the summer. It was a wonderful experience, and everyone had a great time.

My family's go to place when visiting Long Beach. The property has lots of space, large kitchen, and a pool to cool off from a hot day. Quiet neighborhood, close to Cal State Long Beach and freeways. Will be reserving again for our next visit.

Great residence

We had a wonderful time at this house in a charming neighborhood in Long Beach. It was a more affordable option for us to also have a pool while exploring the LA area. Also, the proximity to Disney is great. The host was super communicative, the property was exactly how advertised, and it was clean and had everything you needed. Definitely recommend!

This property was perfect for us. We have family in the area so the location was perfect for us. As we were here in Aug, the pool was wonderful. The host super to work with.

Loved: - neighborhood - communication with host - amount of rooms and beds - comfortable beds - pool - kitchen had everything we needed - washer and dryer - location of home — close to knotts, Disneyland, LA, beaches - Roku availability and WiFi access - easy check in and check out process - patio space and chairs - large, modern fridge Did not love: - 1 bathroom - floors were dirty (we think the maids didn’t sweep or mop for many months) - dusty tables and drawers — I don’t think this is the fault of the owner though… perhaps the maids need to be more thorough We’ll definitely stay here when we visit our family again!

My sister lives nearby and this house was a great location for my family of 5 to stay. Plenty of space for everyone and my kids loved the pool! The house had everything we needed.

Very easy to get to and from house to Disney and many store/shops near by. Very quiet, nice, seemed safe neighborhood. My kids loved the pool, they didn’t want to leave the house at all they just wanted to stay in the pool. LOL

We came to California for week to visit Disneyland and a few other tourist spots. This house was in great location within 20-30 minutes to most of where we visited. The house is in good condition and fit our needs as a family. The pool was great. My son and I spent most nights in there after our daily excursions. Would definitely stay here again if we were to visit the area in the future.

Had another great visit to Long Beach staying here. With the warmer weather we got to enjoy the pool. Plenty of room for my group, lots of beds, large kitchen, and living space inside and outside. Will be coming back soon

We definitely enjoyed our stay. House was very clean, neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Having the pool to enjoy was so much fun.
