Quiet and cozy ranch home - 6 minutes from the University of Wyoming

It completely exceeded my expectations. Everything was fresh and clean, and checkout procedures clearly stayed and much easier than I imagined, based on comments from friends who usually stay in Air B&B’. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to the Laramie, WY area.

The home was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable - kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable!

House is very clean and in a quiet area. We were in town for a high school state football game and it was just a short drive to the stadium. The owner was very easy to work with and replied to messages very quickly. This is a beautiful home with plenty of space. Would definitely rent this home again.

Everything was great! Very clean, wonderfully supplied with all essentials including coffee setup. Our dog enjoyed the fenced backyard. Host was easy to communicate with and always available by text and phone. This was our 5th stay. The property was everything we expected and more.

The house was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 5 and dog. The kids loved the Play Station and ping pong. We cooked a couple of meals in the kitchen with ease and the location was conveniently close to the university.

Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors. super comfy beds. amazing kitchen! had some trouble with the wifi on the main tv but Cole communicated excellent and offered advice then rectified the issues quickly. Perfect place, will stay again next time were visiting!

House was perfect for me, my husband, 2 dogs and my daughter stayed with us (she lives in the dorms). Location is peaceful and back yard has a great view over the fence, kitchen has any utensil you need!! Watching sun come up in the am was my favorite part!

Cole’s property was amazing! It was very clean and organized. The street was safe and quiet. The house has many amenities, including a very well-stocked kitchen. The beds and couch were comfortable. This was a perfect place to stay while exploring all of the beautiful surrounding public lands in Laramie. I would recommend Cole’s house to anyone!

What a great place to stay! Very safe, clean, and convenient. The house was so organized, labeled, and had everything we needed. If you like to cook, the kitchen has everything you could ever need. They have really thought of everything! Super easy check-in and clear directions on how to operate the house. Very comfortable!

This is the best VRBO that we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. We were able to check in early without asking and the host has thought of everything! All we really needed was our clothes. There was plenty of drip coffee, laundry pods and other essentials. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable and the bedding was so soft. The air conditioning worked great and the recliners in the living room were so comfortable and relaxing. Even better was the PlayStation 5 and the Pingpong table! We had such a blast! The location was so close to town with great restaurants and within an hour of Medicine Bow National Park which was amazing! We can’t wait to stay here again!

We spend 5 days in Laramie and this rental made our trip so much better! This home had everything we needed, from the laundry room, to the amazing living room with cozy recliners and a huge TV to the fully stocked kitchen. 10 out of 10!

We came to Laramie for a wedding proposal, engagement party, and Independence Day. The home was very clean, well stocked, well organized. Even to the point that the light switches were labeled. That was AWESOME from my husband's point of view as a license electrician. :-D Home had plenty of room for sitting indoor and outdoor. And loved that they allowed get together so we had our soon to be daughter-in-law and her family over for a BBQ.

We spent 3 nights and skied while we were out there and it was a great place to relax after skiing and close to all the things you could possibly need in town. Would definitely be interested in staying there the next time we come out.

If comfortable and clean are what you are looking for, this is a great place to stay. We gathered here to share the holidays with family who live in town. It easily accommodated 2 couples staying there and 4 other family members who came to hangout and share meals. The kitchen was wonderful with everything you could want to cook. It is in a quiet neighborhood, which we loved, but some might not want to be removed from the downtown core or university area. That being said, Laramie is small and it only takes a few minutes to drive anywhere. We will definitely be back. Although we had no need to reach out to Cole, the owner, he was very thorough in sending checkin instructions, as well as giving us a message for an internet outage in the region. There are plenty of games we enjoyed as well as the PlayStation. This was our first time staying at this home, but won’t be the last.

We were in town for a week to visit our son who lives in Laramie and this place was perfect. Our stay was fantastic. Plenty of space, fully stocked with anything you would need, lots of games and stuff to do, and so cozy and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Cole was helpful and very responsive. We will definitely stay again on one of our future visits.

We stayed at Cole’s house for a sporting event at University of Wyoming. This house was perfect! Cole was very communicative and an excellent host. This comfortable house had a workout machine, reclining couches, cable TV to watch games, and plenty of room to make it our home base for the weekend. Thanks Cole!

My husband, sister-in-law, and I plan autumn trips yearly, and this year's choice was a very good one. On a quiet street, clean unit, and well-appointed kitchen provided just the right blend for us. Dietary limitations require cooking, and we couldn't have found better appliances, service pieces, and accoutrements for our needs. The superb lighting allowed lots of time and clarity for our jigsaw puzzles and card games, and our pug Meghan was eager to explore the yard and neighborhood walks. We were within easy drives of the Interstate, state highway, scenic highway, UW campus, and any community needs we had. Delighted we are to recommend that others consider a stay here. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in this beautiful home. Convenient location in nice neighborhood with easy access to Laramie, Snowy Range Mountains, and Vedauwoo areas. Home is clean and spacious with comfortable bedrooms, well-appointed kitchen, and awesome garage games! One of the best VRBOs we have stayed...excellent communication with host, as well. We will definitely reserve again for a future trip back to Laramie!

The check in and out process was super easy. The house was very clean and organized. The drawers were even labels. The furnishings and bedding were comfortable. There was coffee available as well as toiletries in the bathrooms. It was a very comfortable stay and I would definitely book with this host again!

This was by far the best rental I’ve stayed in. Every detail was thought through. It was clean, roomy, and fab location just a quick 2 miles to everything in Laramie. Nothing was worn but rather well taken care of. Great coffee service area. Great sitting area and great play area in the garage. We loved it and would definitely rent again. Wish the owners/managers of this rental were in charge of all of them.
