Historic Laramie Condo - 3 Blocks to Downtown & UW

We liked it's proximity to downtown and all of the events going on. We will definitely stay again as we now have two kids at the university.

We enjoyed our stay with our friends. A couple of suggestions: 1) hair dryer in downstairs bath did not work. Another comfy chair in rhe living area would be nice for 4th person.

Fantastic communication. I rented both units for our entire family. We were together but still had our privacy. The hosts were very accommodating and the location was quiet.

Excellent unit and the host takes excellent care care of it. Well stocked, even with items we normally don't find in VRBO units, e.g., stain remover

OMG! Location, Location, Location!! Our son got married at the Ivinson Mansion and this was right across the street. GREAT customer service from Joyce and Reatha! We needed extra power for our smokers and they were very helpful!

Perfect accommodations for our stay. Comfortable, plenty of amenities, and ideal location in Laramie.

The property was super nice and Joyce, the host, was attentive and easy to contact if needed. The property was an easy walk to downtown and a short drive to many amazing destinations, including the Medicine Bow National Park, where we experienced wildlife and stunning views. Also, check out the historic home/museum across the street from the property. It was amazing and the museum owns the VRBO so it made it extra special. Overall, we will be staying here on future visits.

This was a great place to rest and restore during our long weekend in town for a family wedding. Beds were comfy, place was clean and cozy. Location was perfect for a morning walk to wander through campus, grab a coffee and/or dinner downtown, and for our wedding venue. Hubby particularly appreciated the shower power massager. We had everything we needed, and it was the perfect spot for our family of 5 with three teens. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay while helping my daughter pack out of college. So close to the University of Wyoming and so many close restaurants. Would stay here again when visiting.

We will be back as our girls attend UW.

The apartment is very clean, with comfortable beds, nice kitchen, roomy bathrooms, and location is close to campus and downtown in a nice neighborhood. I'm very impressed with the renovation quality as well.

Beautiful property

This rental was in a great location. A few things to keep in mind thought. The parking spot is small. A big truck or full size suv will not fit. The unit was a little stuffy smelling when you first enter but it was very accommodating. It had everything we needed. The bed linens in one room could have been cleaner ( few hairs). But overall I would rent again. Great price point.

Loved the location, they lay out of the house worked really well for our group. We would go out of our way to stay here again. No complaints

The accommodations were perfect for our needs, were well-kept and clean. It was an honor to stay in such an historic building and to help the Laramie Plains Museum through our patronage. The hosts were responsive to us, introduced themselves and quickly fixed a minor problem with the wifi. We will be back for a return stay for certain. Makes the idea of staying at a hotel most unappealing.

Love staying in a place with such a great history! Everything we needed was there, location is perfect to walk downtown, and the unit's beautifully done inside and out! Hope to be back soon!

My wife and I stayed 3 nights and throughly enjoyed our stay at this historic house. Great location, to downtown and the university. Would stay here again!

The property was clean and was more than ample for our needs. The location was perfect - between campus and downtown, walking distance to both. We enjoyed a drive into the Snowy Range, about 30 minutes away. We would recommend!

I want to thank the Hosts for their hospitality. I had two associates staying at this property 99% of their time during May & June while working in Laramie. It's evident the number one priority these Hosts have is making sure their guests have a wonderful experience. Their attention to detail has been much appreciated. The two guests enjoyed staying at the property and it was the best replacement for their home away from home. The beds are comfortable, supplies well stocked, the gazebo & grill outside are fun, and the cleanliness of the property was WELL above standards. We will be back. Thank you for everything!

It was a beautiful house that made our wedding day very easy since it was right across the street from Alic Hardie Stevens Center. The outdoor patio was great as well! Very beautiful and unique building.

We rented both of these condos and they were fantastic. We had a wedding and had a lot of prep work to do. We were able to have the space to take care of what we needed to. It’s quiet, the air conditioning was wonderful. The kitchen was easy to use and had everything you needed. It was extremely clean. It was homey and comfortable. The outdoors patio space was perfect for us as well.
