Quiet and comfy home is one of Fort Wayne's most sought after areas of the city

We loved staying at the Rivers House. It is located in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac, so there was no loud traffic. The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We highly recommend staying at this property and will stay here again when we come back to Ft. Wayne.

Our recent experience at the Rivers House was absolutely perfect in every way possible. Our youngest son was getting married at the Paddock and since we reside in Bluffton, we wanted something convenient for all of the festivities. The location is perfect and so is the quiet neighborhood. Tina was an exceptional host and this sweet house had everything and then some that anyone could ever need. I could have stayed for months.......it was that quaint and perfect. And, getting to bring our little furry companion along was just another added bonus. I plan to rent this house again for a girls' weekend with my mom and daughters. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, Tina.

The house is lovely and conveniently located. Kitchen is very well stocked.

I did not personally stay in this home but the guest that we rented it for said that it was very nice and clean and he was very happy with it. He was able to go on long walks every morning and enjoyed the area. He was very happy with his stay.

The mattress across from the master was very uncomfortable. There is a dip in the middle. I had my daughter look at the mattress while I was lying down and she confirmed it's shaped like a U.

Great place to stay. Plan on returning again next year if the place is available.

Host was welcoming and responsive, home was nice and appropriately priced - we said it felt like going to grandma’s house, just more updated. Really liked the fireplace. The only things we noticed was that it seemed there was some residual dog hair on the couch, the fragrance generator was a bit too strong for us so we unplugged it, and wish there was filtered water available. Otherwise was a nice stay.

The house was warm and cozy and everything that I needed it to be. The hosts were wonderful and even shoveled the driveway while i was at my daughters wedding!

The house was clean and welcoming! Our hostess responded to us quickly and was very nice. We were in a good location which gave us easy highway access. If you say here, go the Salvatore's Italian restaurant right down the road! Excellent!

Second time staying with our family. This is a gem. Lovely, comfortablr home with all the amenities you need. So helpful to have a high chair and packnplay. Host is always kind and helpful. Also wonderful to have a christmas tree and cozy winter themes throughout.

I stay here every fall when I come up from FL for a couple of weeks. The house has everything you could need. It's in a safe neighborhood and everything is close and convienent. Tina is a wonderful host and she is only a message away should you need anything. I love that I am able to bring my small dog along instead of having to kennel him. I will continue to stay here year after year.

We were new to VRBO, the host answered any questions we had quickly and kindly. The home was in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and welcoming. We were in town for a wedding but needed a quiet home base as we also had some work responsibilities that need to be done while we were away. The WiFi worked well, rooms had their own TVs, and the home had everything we needed for a home away from home. We’d definitely recommend.

We came to Fort Wayne from NC for a wedding at Joseph Decuis farm.

We were in town for a nephew's wedding and have loads of family that live in the area. The location was great as we were literally a mile away from family, friends and festivities! The home was clean and had every amenity imaginable! The neighborhood was quiet and it was great to be on a cul de sac.All the necessaries were close by; grocery, gas station, park, restaurants.We also enjoyed having morning coffee on the patio.We will certainly book this lovely home again! Thank you!

We spent a week at this house again this year after doing the same thing last summer. The experience was the same as before--excellent all around! The property was clean and well-maintained, just like last time. There was a brutal heat wave going on the entire week we were there, but it was always comfortable in the house. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming, feels safe, and is very close to conveniences and necessities.We had no issues during our stay, and we will certainly be looking to book it again next year when we return to Fort Wayne.

Communication was great throughout the process. With my dad being sick, I chose to bring my dogs on my work trip and not burden family with taking care of my girls too. I loved the open concept of the home and the quiet neighborhood for evening walks. The home is nicely decorated, clean and spacious. It felt like home. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very nice & spacious

We stayed there for my daughter's graduation. We enjoyed the proximity to the Coliseum and her university. The house is in a nice neighborhood that is well maintained and has easy access to Lima Road to be able to get to restaurants and more. I was put off by the Ring doorbell because it made me feel uncomfortable about being watched' but the host explained why it was installed and that they do not watch it unless it seems like there is irregular activity during weird hours. The host was very nice and responded to all of my inquiries promptly.

Couldn't have been better! Deserves a repeat visit if I am in the area again.

This was our second time at this lovely place and we’re already booked for the fall! We love the bright open space and decor and the quiet and safe area as well.

The house was wonderful for a visit to extended family. There were so many kid friendly items including a baby monitor, bed rails, books, and toys. My kids felt right at home and it was so nice to have the extra space after a long road trip. It was a great house and experience!

We spent the day researching genealogy at the Allen County Library and needed a quiet place to stay or the night.This did the trick! Very nice and quiet residential area.

This was the cleanest rental I have stayed at. The owner was extremely responsive questions. The house was centrally located with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.

Beautiful, clean, and spacious. There was a huge basketball tournament in town and we didn't want to stay in fully booked hotels. This was an absolutely perfect alternative. I didn't realize how much benefit staying at a quiet and private space could bring to our entire trip. We all slept well and enjoyed getting away from the festivities to recharge. Loved it.

This was the perfect place in the perfect location for our family’s holiday visit to Fort Wayne. The house was very clean and was well stocked with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Good place. Culdesac

Tina’s place was fabulous. Perfectly cozy and decorated very festive for Christmas. We stayed with our adult children while my husband was in Fort Wayne for work. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The living area had plenty of seating for Christmas movie watching, and gift opening Christmas morning. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything I needed to prepare Christmas dinner. It is also pet friendly which worked for my oldest daughter to bring her dog with her. Even cute little dog bowls were provided! Tina was great at communicating and there was nothing else we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Will look to stay here again if we ever needed a place in Fort Wayne.

This is a beautiful place to stay. We were only there overnight since we were there for my sister's funeral. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone staying in the Fort Wayne area.

We had a great stay for the holiday. The home is cozy, stocked with lots of thoughtful items, the neighborhood felt very safe, set to get to, and we appreciated the host communicating so quickly.

My friends and I like to go shopping around Christmas time each year. This home was perfect for us! After a long day of shopping, we were able to grab a pizza and enjoy a relaxing evening. Great neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle! Will definitely stay again if in the area!!

I really enjoy staying here. This trip I kept extending my stay. I had to leave for 3 days since it was already booked, so my sister and I took a side trip and then came back. The location is great and it was so nice to get up and take the dogs for a walk around the neighborhood. I have stayed here a few times and will keep coming back.

In the last three years, I have stayed at 15+ VRBOs. This house was by far the best one yet. The kitchen is well stocked. The linens are nice and plentiful. There are games for families to play. And the best part…the loving room furniture was comfortable! So many VRBO houses have super uncomfortable furniture. We will definitely book this property again.

I come to Fort Wayne once a year and for the past couple of years I have stayed at Rivers House. I am able to bring my small dog with me so I don't have to board him. Tina goes out of her way to accomodate your needs including extending your time there a couple more weeks than I originally planned on! Fortunately, I was there during Hurricane Milton instead of in the path of the hurricane at my home in Florida. I will be back again next year and I will just schedule to stay for a month instead of rebooking my stay every week. Tina, thank you for everything!

This is a great property! I don’t think the pictures do it justice. The property owner was very responsive and informative. This house is in a great location as well. Close to shopping, Starbucks, restaurants, etc. I will definitely rebook in the future if staying in Fort Wayne.
